Objective:This study attempts to explore the deep squat and lunge squat on the influence of the standard dancer stride,and compare the two types of training in what kind of training on the influence of the standard dance steps more apparent,can at the same time trying to prove that two types of lower limb strength training in dance movement of the lower extremity injury prevention offer certain help,so as to provide new methods for ballroom lower limb strength training.Methods:Select a Beijing 24 ballroom dance school special class male students as the subjects,randomly divided into three groups,each group of eight subjects.Groupl.are weight-bearing deep squat training group for 8 weeks,2 times a week training,intermittent 1 and a half squat training;Group 2.are Weight-bearing lunge squat training for 8 weeks,2 times a week training,groups of intermittent step 1 minute and a half squat training;Group three blank control group,without any strength training.Three tests before and after 8 weeks of training:1.The ballroom stride length measurement;2.Load the squat 3 rm test;3.DAVID test largest knee,stretch hip,hip abduction isometric strength.Results:After eight weeks of training,squats and leg squatting group significantly improved the 3 rm power squats,and biggest strength,hip abductor strength,deep squat group in 3 rm,stretching knee strength significantly greater than the lunge squat group,lunge leg squat group in stretch hip and hip abductor strength significantly greater than the deep squats group;Two experimental groups can improve standard dance steps,and the lunge squat group after training pace significantly greater than the deep squat group.Conclusion:Deep squats and lunge squat can be a basic junior ballroom athletes lower limb strength training exercises,lower limbs stretching force,the hip abductor strength helps the increase of standard dance steps.And lunge squat training better pace of ascension.
