Objective: This topic through studying some influence factors of postpartum depression and researches in use contrast analysis,the research results to get an objective conclusion.Thus the psychological counseling treatment of postpartum depression to provide new ideas and new theory basis.Methods:This study used questionnaire to survey wuhu maternity and child care with the regular antenatal examination childbirth and the postpartum followup,200 women in general between 2016 and 2017.It including personal basic situation,Depression self rating scal e(SDS)[2].Depression self rating scale(SDS)according to the score to evaluate maternal.Mild depression: 53-62,moderate depression: 63-72,major depression: > >72points.The boundary value of 53 points.SDS total thick upper limit of normal for 41 points state of,the lower the score,the better.Standards are divided into the total points multiplied by 1.25 when the integer part of the proceeds.In our country with SDS standard score 50 or more to have depressive symptoms.In the course of the study,the findings are selected.The results of comparison between normal and depressive women in two aspects of personal situation and life events were statistically significant,and their differences were further studied.According to the result of the final research,the author puts forward his own thinking and prospect on the way to the future psychological counseling.Results:The questionnaire results show that there are 159 people completely normal,no depression might.Other people may have 41 depressive symptoms or suppression performance respectively have different situation of depression.Abnormal maternal has the following points and normal women have bigger difference.With the increase of age,increased probability for depression;The lower family income,increased probability for depression;General or bad relationship,the probability of depression occur;Live in the way,Compared with in-laws or parents live together,the probability of depression alone in higher From the comparison of two groups of different types of people,whether it is the basic situation of individuals or life events,there are certain differences in the data.Conclusion:Postpartum depression[3] is the main problem of maternal mental health.The in fluence factors of postpartum depression symptoms are various,such as elderly parturient w omen;lower maternal family income;the relationship is not harmonious maternal and women living alone with her husband.These are the higher of the probability of postpart-um depression.Future psychological counseling for postpartum depression needs to be reformed,on the basis of traditional psychological guidance,we should establish a set of guidance theory which accords with China's national conditions,then pay attention to the combination of pluralism in the way of counseling,and use the Advanced information science and technology form a complete and modernized psychological counseling system of postpartum depression.
