Enterprise management mechanism is an important way to adjust the relationship between business owners and workers.For business owners,This is an important part of the daily operation of enterprises.For workers,this is the basis for safeguarding their own rights and interests.The serfdom reform provided a large amount of surplus labor for the development of Russian industry in 1861,in the meantime,the imperial Russian government also carried out large-scale railway construction,implement tariff protection policies,benefit from this,the Russian textile industry has achieved rapid development,expanded sales network and stable development environment,the concentration of production and capital in the textile industry was accelerated.In addition to these external conditions,the hard working of workers is also an important factor in the rapid development of the textile industry.From this perspective,this paper explores the labor environment and labor motivation of textile workers,and explores the labor incentive system of the entire textile industry.In order to achieve this goal,this paper will be divided into three parts,namely introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the significance of the topic selection,the current research situation domestic and overseas,the definition of time and concept,the research methods and research ideas,innovations and deficiencies,etc.The text mainly includes the second,third,fourth and fifth chapters.The second chapter mainly analyzes the environment and basic summary of the development of Russian textile industry;The third chapter mainly analyzes the working motivation and working enthusiasm of textile workers from the aspects of material reward,coercion,moral reward and punishment;The fourth chapter takes the two largest textile factories at that time,Kongshen Textile Company and Yaroslav Textile Factory as examples,analyzed the specific management mechanism in textile enterprises,How do entrepreneur motivate employees to work and how to punish employees which violate the rules;The fifth chapter specifically explores the work and welfare of Russian textile workers,detailed interpretation of the current situation of the textile workers.In conclusion,through the analysis of the above several chapters,it comes to a conclusion that textile business owners promote the workers labor enthusiasm through reasonable and effective management methods,It has also been supplemented by a number of punitive measures,Thus,workers are firmly controlled by the enterprise,In this way,textile business owners are squeezing workers,gradually expanding their capital accumulation,and finally forming a monopoly.
