A Study On The Version Of Ba Jin's Novel "Spring"

"Spring" is the second part of "Torrent trilogy",and it is published by Shanghai Kai Ming bookstore in 1938.The novel has experienced only a revision,which was made by the People's Literature Publishing House when they published "Ba Jin corpus"in 1958.At present,The study of"spring"is largely covered in the entire study of the "Torrent trilogy",and mainly focus on the theme and interpretation of figures,the study of text changes has not been mentioned.This paper selects the 1955 edition and 1958 edition of the Beijing people's literature publishing house.The study is based on the text changes of Mr.Ba jin's modification in 1958.These changes involve many aspects such as language,name and plot content.The changes of plot content are obvious,which is also the focus of this paper.In terms of plot content,this paper focuses on characters,social and family environment,eating habits to present the change of text content respectively,and explore the historical reasons behind its changes.This paper includes four parts,the introduction is an overview of the necessity and value of the Study on the version of new literature and the writing background and text changes of the novel "Spring".The first chapter the author proofread two versions of the novel,the language of the changes are summarized and explain the reasons.The second chapter mainly summarizes the contents of the plot in "Spring" and classifies the reasons.In the third chapter,the author interpret the text from the perspective of food culture for the changes in the dining habits of the novel.The author selects some cases and explain them respectively based on the whole proofreading because of the length of the novel.In the process of research,I mainly adopt various methods such as text reading method,empirical research method,comparative research method and so on.
