Metaphor In Painting Language

Metaphor is a conceptual domain,but also in human thinking cognitive way.The"meaning and image" in the language of painting is the process of metaphor.Metaphor is not just a language product,it is more interpreted as a way of thinking through language.In this article,the author expressed the "meaning" and "image",is actually a painting language in the "metaphor" process.In the meaning and image of the painting language,the metaphorical nature created by the painting language is a kind of interpretation of its own language paradigm.We are often accustomed to describe the meaning and image of language,as well as the imitation of real things,However,it is difficult to describe the special paradigm,the meaning and image of painting language through painting,which is a kind of painting language that I want to discuss today.Based on this,this thesis is divided into three chapters.The first chapter is about the understanding of image metaphor in the language of painting creation;It is divided into two parts:the first part is the metaphorical interpretation of painting,which is divided into the analysis of painting language and metaphor,and the analysis of the metaphorical process of "image" and "meaning" in painting language.The second chapter is a case study of the metaphorical representative painters Balthus and Antonio Lopez-Garcia.The third chapter is to explore the way of creation through the case study of a representative painter,combined with my own creative practice.
