Research On Modern Gansu Business Association

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,there were many commercial organizations in Gansu.They established a large scale business association and guild hall in Gansu,which made a great contribution to Gansu’s economy.But in modern times,the geo organization form due to the backward management mode and management concept has been more and more rigid,can not meet the needs of the development of modern commodity economy,is gradually replaced by the new chamber of the modernization of the organization.The chamber of Commerce,is a product of the development of modern commodity economy,is an important link to realize optimal allocation of essential resources under the condition of market economy,is an important link between the government and the merchant,and the society,the merchants and businessmen.It took the place of the traditional management system of the patriarchal system,and played a positive role in modern Chinese history and modernization.Since 1980 s,the research of chamber of Commerce has become a special and relatively independent research field.Gansu chamber of Commerce was established,as an important part of the modern chamber of Commerce Chinese,it breaks through the limitations of traditional merchants,hall,its development throughout the entire Gansu modern commercial development of the whole story,with a new management model in the positive development of the industry in Gansu,has had positive impact on Gansu modern business,made a great contribution to the modern based on the economy of Gansu.This paper consists of three chapters,the first chapter mainly introduces the background and development status of Gansu chamber of commerce produced;the second chapter focuses on the structure and characteristics of the organization of the chamber of Commerce,chamber of Commerce of the macro governance model including the exploration and the internal organizational structure;function and function of the third chapter is mainly an overview of the Gansu chamber of Commerce,the main analysis of the difficulties faced the insurance business,taking care of the integration of the market order and function of chamber of Commerce in the development process;the last part is the original on the basis of the analysis of Gansu chamber of commerce is the symbol of Gansu commercial modernization,played in Gansu’s role in the modern commodity economy.
