Objective: according to the present situation of high school music skill stage anxiety,the comprehensive intervention,innovation and development of a set of feasible Orff Music Group auxiliary program and verify the results.Methods: a quasi experimental study of experimental group and control group before and after experiment,use the < self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)>,< music performer stage self rating Anxiety Scale > >,< Rosenberg confidence scale,stage performance test,subjects were screened with the requirements of 24,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group 12.The implementation of the eight Orff Music Group Counseling on the experimental group,the control group to carry out the eight general group auxiliary activities.The end of the intervention,again using measurement tools before the post test,combined with the supplement of students in the experimental group to group activities and auxiliary process of summative evaluation questionnaire relevant data as the experimental results.To evaluate the intervention Three months after the intervention,a visit was conducted to check the effectiveness of the intervention.Results: before the intervention,the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference.After the intervention,the experimental group before and after the test in anxiety,anxiety stage performers,confidence level,stage performance levels showed a significant difference(***P<0.001),while the control group except the stage performance level,the other three dimensions showed no significantdifference the difference(P>0.05).The experimental group at three months follow-up tests without recurrence,still have significant difference(***P<0.001).Conclusion: the Orff Music Group auxiliary scheme is effective to a certain extent,can alleviate the high school music skill stage anxiety,enhance the stage performance examination level.
