| The Orff music education system is one of the most important art educationsystems in the world. In concept, it advocates the art of the "original" and thecombination of emotion and art teaching. In content, it focuses on the comprehensive ofteaching, and combines music, dance, song and poetry together. Orff music education,widely practiced by educational institutions such as middle schools, primary schoolsand kindergartens, had begun to be introduced to China since1980s. It also had greatimpact on the traditional music contents, teaching methods and the education conceptsin China. Orff music education system, whose innovative teaching approaches andunique teaching concepts provide significant reference towards the reform of dancingteaching of the preschool education, is deeply explored by the author in this essay.Combining with education of music and dancing as well as the characteristics ofpreschool education on arts, the essence of this education system echoes with that of thearts and dancing. It can stimulate the interest in arts education, which is of positiveeffects on students’ theoretical ability to accept and the cultivation of the talentedpersons in the new era.As a discipline, vocational preschool education regards training students tobecome future pre-school workers as its aim. Dance teaching is one of its importantcontents which is not limited to the knowledge and skills. Its main purpose is to enhancethe learning interest of students to dance and the performance. However, in theprofessional dancing education practice nowadays, traditional mode is still in useregarding the teaching methods and the contents of textbooks. the objective of preschoolcultivation and students’ ability to accept are influenced negatively. What’s worse, itwill be largely divorced from the current early childhood education.This paper regards the Orff music education system and pre-school education asits object, researches the impact of the Orff music education system on pre-schooleducation.
