A Study On The Creation Of Folklore Documentary In The Perspective Of Anthropology

In recent years,folk culture documentary have been flourishing,but some problems also begin to emerge.After the shift from macroscopic narrative to individual narrative in China’s documentary,the modern production techniques start to be used in the documentary,which can be seen from full-length documentary such as A bite of China and Handicraft in China.Since then,folk culture documentary have entered into a new stage of development.When it comes to the study on a nation,culture and individual,it is thought that folklore documentary should uphold the principle of reality.However,restricted by the visual culture,how do we stick to the true and objective folklore documentary? Or how do we balance the reality and the visual culture? Taking human and culture as the object of study,anthropology is closely related to the folk culture documentary.Thus,it can provide new ideas for the creation of folklore documentary in terms of choice,perspective,method and idea.This paper,from the view of anthropology,attempts to explore how to increase the accuracy of the study into a higher level in creation during the development of folklore documentary in the new era,so as to showcase the folk culture from a more objective and deeper research perspective.In the first chapter,this paper,based on the current situation of creating the documentary,analyzes the difficulties in creating folklore documentary in China,and then continues to seek more methods guiding the creation from the perspective of anthropology.In the second chapter,this paper defines methods of anthropology and clarifies their effect on folklore documentary.In the third chapter,this paper,from the emic perspective of anthropology and the method of field working,analyzes and guides the creation of folklore documentary.Especially,combining the own work Qin Opera on Zhuanglang River,this paper dissects the application of anthropology in the creation of documentary.
