Research On Color Performance Of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes Murals In The Tang Dynasty

In the long course of development,the frescoes of the Mogao grottoes in Dunhuang has formed distinct features of the time.Studying the color performance of murals of Mogao grottoes has important and practical significance to inherit traditional Chinese culture and promote healthy development of the fine arts creation.By systematic research of the inherent law of evolution development,configuration,color style and aesthetic connotation of the murals of Mogao grottoes in Dunhuang,this paper aims to explore the inherent law of the murals of Mogao grottoes in Dunhuang in Tang Dynasty,and contrast with the color performance of murals of Ajanta grottoes in Indian and Kizil grottoes in Xinjiang,to illustrate the unique artistic value of the color performance of murals of Mogao grottoes in Dunhuang in Tang Dynasty.
