A Study Of The Ceramic Figures Discovered In The Tombs Of The Yuan Dynasty In Guanzhong

The ceramic figurines of Guanzhong in Yuan Dynasty tombs unearthed from the main combination of Xi’an and the surrounding area,most of tombs were Han nationality bureaucrats and small landlords tombs.Ceramic figurines are sorted tomb figurines,male ceramic vertical figurines,female vertical ceramic figurines,ride horse figurines,pull horse figurines combination,ride camel figurines,pull camel figurine combination and animal figurines.According to the evolution of tombs dating and ceramic figurines shape,divided into three period :Mongol empire period,eight years Kublai Khan to Yuan Ren zong period,Yuan Yingzong to Yuan Shun period.The first period,a small number of ceramic figurines of a single structure,only the combination of chariots and horses figurines.The second periods of the ceramic figurines quantity,shape rich,male ceramic vertical figurines,female ceramic vertical figurines,riding horse figurine,pull horse figurine combination,ride camel figurine and pull camel figurine combination.The third periods although less male ceramic vertical figurines,female ceramic vertical figurines,but increased ride camel figurine animal figurines and other ceramic figurines.The ceramic figurines unearthed in Shanxi Guanzhong yuan tomb with distinctive characteristics of the times,One side the image of Mongolian hand and other ethnic groups in the ceramic figurines,On the other hand figurines combination reflects the tendency of Mongolia in Shanxi yuan Various nationalities.
