This paper based on the first twentieth century of modern civilization crisis as times background and theory background,expounds the people living world lost spirit dimensions,thus losing the freed.The philosopher who has made many attempts to solve the plight of people's survival,Marx and western scholars according to their own philosophical views,critical from a different perspective on modern civilization crisis.Berdyave devoted his life to the study of freedom,s based on the love of freedom,and as a starting point,in Marx's theory of alienation for foundation,proposed objective critical theory.In his philosophy of spirit as the base to fight has been killing of personality of the objective world,and then critique of science and technology,culture and value.Through criticism of the traditional ontology socialist and the transformation of existential philosophy,on basis of Christianity,Berdyave establish their own philosophy-spiritual philosophy.The core of the philosophy of spirit is philosophy,freedom,and create,containsed in the spirit,which are linked.In general,the spirit of the highest value principle is pointing,philosophy is people as the main body is the most value,Berdyave thought philosophy is most prize;Freedom is the dominant position,the meaning of freedom in spirit,personality and creation obtain;Creation is the largest one can play personality,is show personality,to the man of god's action.Individual character,freedom and creation is the key words of his philosophy.The main content of the philosophy of spirit is spirit order better than objective order,this also is his critical objective of the inner basis:personality than social,spiritual higher than natural,free higher than exist,creating higher than subject,love above the law.According to such order,and Berdyave think that we are now living in the world is objective,people have no personality,spirit,freedom,people were dominated by inevitability established,this world is not people should live,it is a fallen world.Berdyve think the way to solve the objective is to create ethics,the theory is unique.Create ethics based on spiritual principle,ultimate aim is to realize man's freedom and liberation,from the objective of the control of the world,from the objective of the control of the world.Berdyave's create ethics of basis is personality.his personality as the main body of the moral evaluation,and personality have the highest value,because personality can create new value,self-realization of personality is to rely on resistance from the external struggle against slavery.All in all,the people continue to play creatively in order to realize the meaning of life,then become a complete one.So,whether creative get maximum development,this is the key to discard the objective.In the process of creative development,human beings have the personalities.Berdyave think the purpose is to establish objective to solve the "personality socialist socialism".Finally,this paper expounds the significance and limitations of Berdyave's objective critical theory,the theoretical significance is help us to understand Marx's theory of the nature of the spirit,Practical significance is not to be eliminated by the world,our country must go in the development of industrial civilization road,reduce the ill effects of objective,Berdyave's objective critical theory will guide us,and gain enlightenment.The limitations of Berdyave's objective critical theory is neglect of the people who survive specifically in the real world.
