Genetic enhancement technique is the latest development and an important aspect of genetic intervention.How to develop and make use of this technique,caused a sharp debate in the study of contemporary ethics,but still up in the air.In the deep,it is a question of how to deal with the relationship between technology and ethics.Therefore,this paper tries to analyzing the ethical connotation and the related ethical point of view,and then discusses the ethical thinking to solve the problem,in order to promote the understanding and development of the ethics research of genetic enhancement technology.This paper points out that the concept of genetic enhancement technique should be resolved into three layers of "gene","enhanced" and "technology".By respectively discusses the three ethics connotation,I have combing the ethical community specific debate surrounding genetic enhancement technique,and put forward that:the argument points to the fundamental problem of the relationship between human value and technology.Human value shows the extremely dangerous trend of keeping up with technology,which is the basic connotation of ethical challenges posed by genetic enhancement technique.As a response to this challenge,this paper argues that there are two different strategies named as the "principlism" and "moral revolution" in ethics educational world.Principlism focus on practical level,to provide basis for the application of the genetic enhancement technique in the system design level;Moral revolution focus on theoretical level,makes the genetic enhancement technique as a kind of power include the dialectical movement of ethical spirit.In the ethics for genetic enhancement technique,the method and results of them both have reference value.
