The development of children's perfect personality attracts much attention in psychological circles,and it is also a task for parents and educators that can not be ignored.Early childhood is the key period of children's personality development.The young children's personality development is affected by all aspects of themself and the surrounding environment.Among them,temperament is the innate element of the individual,and is the biological basis of personality development.As an important peer relationship,peer acceptance can be used to explore the young children's popularity in the peer groups.Temperament and peer acceptance play important roles in the development of the young children's personality.Considering the class is the main activity place of the young children at present,this study investigates the mechanism of the young children's temperament and peer acceptance on the influence of personality at the individual level and the class level,and to provide the theory basis for the cultivation and healthy development of the young children's personality.This study takes class as a unit,and selects randomly young children from the three kindergarten in dalian and 3 grades.Subjects were 553 effectively.The young children's temperament and peer acceptance and the personality variables are collected with the teacher evaluation questionnaire of children's temperament and the teacher evaluation questionnaire of the young children's personality development and the peer nomination method,and the study does correlative analysis and regression analysis of the three variables.On this basis,the study investigates that the young children's temperament and peer acceptance influence personality,and tests that peer acceptance mediates the relationship between temperament and personality.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The influences of the child's temperament on personality are mainly reflected by the different prediction effects that emotional,active,reactive,social inhibition and attention respectively influence five personality dimensions.In intelligent aspect,reactivity predicts most;In conscientiousness and pro-sociality aspects,attention predicts most;In extroversion aspect,social inhibition predicts most;In emotional stability aspect,emotional predicts most.(2)The peer acceptance has positive prediction effects on intellect,conscientiousness,extroversion and pro-sociality.(3)The peer acceptance partly mediates the relationship between attention and intellect,and the relationship between attention and conscientiousness,and the relationship between attention and pro-sociality.The proportion of the mediation effect to total effect were 10.135%,16.279% and 23.784% respectively.
