The author of this carried out an actual testing on 312 young children of four kindergartens in the city of Baotou, which mainly researched on the relationship between toddlers'temperament and their creative personality. Teacher Questionnaire on 3-9-years-old children's temperament by Liu Wen and Yang Lizhu and Teacher Questionnaire on 3-5 -years-old children's creative personality by Liu Wen and Qi Lu were used in this testing, and the retrieved questionnaires were analyzed using the software of spss13.0 statistics. The results show that:(1) generally, there is a significant age difference between 3-5-year-old toddlers' temperament. The ages of 3 to 4 are the key development period of toddlers' temperament; there is a generally significant gender difference between toddlers'temperament developments. Male toddlers have higher emotionality and activity than the female whose concentration is higher than male toddlers. No gender difference between male and female toddlers in social inhibition and reactivity inhibition is found. (2) with the exception of the sense of humor, there is a significant age difference between the other 8 characteristics of the creative personality of 3-5-year-old toddlers. The age of 4 is a turning point in the development of creative personality. (3) 3-5-year-old toddlers' temperament has a significant effect on their creativity. The reactivity and concentration of the temperament are correlated positively with the creativity, and the emotionality and social inhibition have a significant negative correlation with the creative personality. (4) the toddlers with high creativity are characterized by high reactivity and concentrate, low emotionality and social inhibition.
