Objects: To study the best antifungal drugs to meet the relevant treatment requirements of organ transplant patients(OT),evaluate and analyze the mortality and efficacy of antifungal drugs in such patients,so as to provide support and reference for the treatment. Methods: Pub Med database and other related randomized controlled trials were searched. On this basis, two researchers were arranged to evaluate the quality of the included literatures and statistically process the data. Then, the appropriate therapeutic drugs were determined by pairwise analysis and network element analysis. Results: According to the relevant standards,17 randomized controlled trials were finally determined.Statistical analysis found that the corresponding number of patients was 4583,and the corresponding risk of bias was within a reasonable range.A pairwise meta-analysis showed that itraconazole was more effective and effective than amphotericin B.Network meta-analysis found that compared with patients without antifungal therapy, patients treated with liposomal amphotericin B,itraconazole and voriconazole had lower infection mortality, and the results were statistically different. There was no significant difference in the efficacy of other antifungal drugs.According to the results of rank probability diagram, caspofungin has the best effect in the treatment of such patients, and the corresponding all-cause and infection related mortality are the lowest, and the treatment response of micafungin is better. It was also found that micafungin was the lowest associated with fungal infection. Conclusions: empirical antifungal therapy is of great significance to such patients.According to the results of treatment response comparison, when treating febrile associated neutropenia, the results showed that echinocandin had the most obvious effect. However, due to the small number of included samples, the most suitable drugs for the treatment of fungal infections.
