Objective:1.To study the related dangerous factors of patients with secondary short QT syndrome and explore the predictive effect and cutoff value of each factor.2.The survival of patients with secondary short QT syndrome was analyzed to find out the prognostic factors. Methods:Retrospective analysis study was used in this subject, the clinical data of patients with secondary SQTS in our hospital were collected. The clinical data at the time of admission and occurred to SQTS were compared. The size, sensitivity and specificity of the area under the curve were used to evaluate the predictive effect of each predictor in secondary SQTS.The life table method was used in median survival term and subsistence rate, and COX proportional hazard model was applied to identified the related dangerous factors affecting the prognosis of secondary SQTS patients.Results:?1?Patients suffered from the secondary SQTS,serum Ca2+concentration and arterial PH were decreased, creatine kinase?CK?,creatine kinase isoenzyme MB?CK-MB?,aspartate transaminase?AST?,high sensitivity troponin T?hs-Tn T?,blood urea nitrogen?BUN?and serum creatinine?Scr?values increased, with statistical meanings?P<0.05?.The concentration of serum K+,Na+,Cl-,alanine transaminase?ALT?,Pa O2and Pa CO2without statistical meanings?P>0.05?.The ROC curve analysis showed that the AUCs for serum Ca2+,PH,CK-MB,AST,hs-Tn T,BUN and Scr for the prediction of secondary SQTS were 0.7109,0.7409,0.6706,0.6947,0.7488,0.6697 and 0.6928,respectively.Their optimal cutoff values were 1.91mmol/L,7.315,12.03U/L,58.45U/L,0.032 ng/m L,12.65 mmol/L and 144.5 umol/L,respectively.?2?The median survival time of patients with secondary SQTS was590 minutes. The COX regression analysis suggested that advanced age, breath failure had a bad prognosis in the patients with secondary SQTS.And age?HR2.664;95%CI,1.189?5.969;P=0.017?,breath failure?HR 0.342;95%CI,0.152?0.770;P=0.01?,CK>192U/L?HR 2.264;95%CI,1.019?5.032;P=0.045?,AST>40U/L?HR 0.348;95%CI,0.158?0.766;P=0.009?are the related dangerous factors for the prognosis secondary SQTS.Conclusions:?1?Patients with secondary SQTS had a short survival time and a high degree of malignancy.?2?The secondary SQTS may be related to low calcium, acidosis, myocardial injury and renal damage, serum Ca2+,PH,CK-MB,AST,hs-Tn T,BUN and Scr may have predictive value for the occurrence of the secondary SQTS.?3?The prognosis of secondary SQTS patients is a combination of multiple factors, which is associated with age, breath failure, elevated CK,and elevated AST.
