| Objective: This topic is based on the theory of "stomach disharmony and restlessness" in "The Yellow Emperor's Internal Medicine" to observe the relationship between chronic atrophic gastrits(CAG)and sleep disorders,and to analyze the distribution of TCM constitution in CAG patients with sleep disorders.research.The aim is to provide clinicians with treatment for patients with CAG and sleep disorders,to provide ideas and expand treatment options.Methods: The income of this study was collected from May 2018 to January 2019.The Chinese medicine internal medicine clinic,the digestive department outpatient department and the hospitalization of the Putuo Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the standard CAG patients,and the Chinese medicine practitioners were judged by the classification and judgment of TCM constitution.Physique,the patient's sleep quality was judged using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI.Results: 1.General information of CAG patients 1.1 Age and exercise frequency were statistically significant in patients with CAG with sleep disorders and those without sleep disorders(P<0.05).Gender,occupation,alcohol consumption,smoking,and dietary preference were not significantly different between patients with CAG with sleep disorders and those without sleep disorders(P>0.05).2.Sleep quality of CAG patients 2.1 There were 170 patients with CAG and sleep disorders,accounting for 73.9% of the total number of CAG patients.2.2 CAG with sleep-related symptoms of sleep disorders: difficult to fall asleep, sleep is not deep,more dreams easier to wake up.2.3 There was a positive correlation between the degree of atrophy and the PSQI score in CAG patients(correlation coefficient 0.659,P<0.05).3.Characteristics of TCM constitution distribution in patients with CAG 3.1 There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of TCM constitution between patients with CAG and sleep disorders(P<0.05).The distribution of TCM constitution in patients with CAG without sleep disorders is: peace and quality > qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency > qi stagnation > phlegm and dampness > sputum > blood sputum > damp heat.The distribution of TCM constitution in CAG patients with sleep disorders is: qi deficiency > phlegm-dampness > blood sputum > yang deficiency > yin deficiency,peace and quality > qi stagnation > damp heat.3.2 There were significant differences in the distribution of atrophic gastritis with sleep disorders and TCM constitution(P<0.05).The performance of patients with mild CAG is mainly qi deficiency.The middle-aged patients with moderate CAG are mainly phlegm-dampness.The patients with severe CAG are mainly sputum.Conclusions: 1.The degree of CAG atrophy is directly proportional to PSQI.2.The TCM constitution of patients with CAG and sleep disorders is mostly qi deficiency(25.3%),phlegm(20.6%),blood sputum(18.8%),and yang deficiency(13.5%).3.The degree of atrophy of patients with CAG and sleep disorders is related to the constitution of TCM: mildness is mainly qi deficiency,moderate is mainly phlegm-dampness,and severe is mainly blood sputum. |
