Objective: This paper intends to analyze the mechanism of the effect of medicinal property of traditional Chinese medicine on the whole body from the changes of organ tissue function, neuroendocrine immune system and endogenous metabolites, and to explore the internal relationship between medicinal property of traditional Chinese medicine and the whole body.It lays a solid experimental foundation for the complete elucidation of the biological mechanism of medicinal property of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:After oral administration in rats, the changes of gray value of 20 organs and organs in rats were measured by magnetic resonance imaging. The changes of 12 kinds of neurotransmitters and hormones in blood were determined by LC-MS technique. The blood was measured by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Changes in molecular metabolites, through simple correlation analysis, principal component analysis and canonical correlation analysis,to find the dynamic relationship between drug and organ function, blood neurotransmitters and hormones, and body metabolites.Results:(1)The most affected by the pharmacological action at 0 h after administration is brain tissue, which promotes brain tissue function; The drug action at 1 h after administration promoted the functional activities of the kidney and pelvic spinal cord, and inhibited the functional activities of the cervical spinal cord and forelimb muscles;2 hours after administration, the pharmacological action promoted the functional activities of the cervical spinal cord and neck muscle, and inhibited the functional activities of the brain and lungs;4 hours after administration, the brain was affected by different typical relationships, and it was promoted and inhibited. The neck muscles and testicles were inhibited;Among the medicinal properties, the most important effects on organ tissues are heat, flatness, ascending and sinking.Among them, heat may have a strong connection with brain tissue.Ascending and floating have strong links with the upper part of the body.Close contact with the kidneys and testicles.(2)The increase of testosterone, progesterone, dopamine, norepinephrine and histamine may be mainly caused by "heat";"back to bladder" is closely related to the decrease of ?-estradiol content and the increase of dopamine content."Contributing to the heart" and "falling" are mainly related to the decrease of progesterone and the increase of ?-aminobutyric acid.(3)The decrease of lactose content and the increase of phenylalanine content are mainly related to heat, temperature and float;the increase of creatinine is mainly related to heat, stomach and stomach.(4)The effect of medicinal action on isoleucine and valine was stronger in 4.5 h;the effect on tyrosine and vanillic acid was gradually increased within 2.5 h,and gradually weakened after2.5 h;taurine,3-Hydroxycreatine has a rapid and strong response to the drug but has a short duration;the synergistic effect of creatine and unsaturated fatty acids on drug synergy.(5)On the whole, the heat in the medicine, the kidney, the Sanjiao, the brain, kidney, testis in the organ tissues,?-estradiol in the neurotransmitters and hormones, dopamine, creatinine in the blood metabolite, cheese A strong correlation.Conclusion:(1)medicinal heat, kidney, meridian, brain, kidney, testis, neurotransmitters and hormones,?-estradiol,dopamine,creatinine,cheese in blood metabolites There is a strong correlation between amino acids and it is worth exploring further research.(2)Pharmacology has a certain morphological basis.(3)The mechanism of action of the drug on different parameters of the body is different, and the degree of participation of each parameter is different.(4)The duration of action of the drug may be determined by the characteristics of the different components of the drug, and the degree of participation in each drug may be used to distinguish different drugs.(5)The results of this research confirm to some extent that the systemic theory as a whole is not equal to the partial simple addition. However, the research on the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine has a long way to go to guide clinical practice.
