Research On Medical Care Conduct Under The Background Of Herarchical Medical System

The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept and connotation of the residents' medical choice in the county area under the background of the system of graded diagnosis and treatment in Nanling County,to analyze the extent to which the measures related to the graded diagnosis and treatment in the area can affect the residents' medical choice,to explore the role of the system model to guide the flow of medical treatment,and to analyze its possible problems and shortcomings.The corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward in a targeted way,which provides some reference for promoting graded diagnosis and treatment.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction,introduces the background and significance of this paper,literature review,research ideas and methods,research innovation and deficiency,the second part defines the concepts of graded diagnosis and treatment,medical choice,county medical community,etc.,and expounds the theoretical basis of Anderson The Behavioral Model of Health Services Use,The theory of planned behavior,Grossman model.The third part expounds the current development status of medical services in Nanling County and the content of graded diagnosis and treatment policy.The fourth part is an empirical analysis of the medical choice and influencing factors of the residents in the county area,the fifth part is the explanation of the problems and causes of the residents' medical choice in the preceding article,and the sixth part is the summary of the study and the countermeasure suggestions for the whole.According to the survey of this study,(1)when residents are conscious of a less illness,the residence location,income level,type of insurance coverage in the individual characteristic factors,the distance between the medical efficiency factor and the nearest medical institution,the waiting time for the visit,the outpatient and inpatient costs in medical expenses,the medicine,the examination equipment in the quality of medical care factors,Medical technology has a certain impact on whether residents choose the first consultation at the grass-roots level.(2)When the residents are consciously seriously ill,the age,income level,whether or not they are suffering from chronic diseases in the individual factors,the timely referral service in the efficiency of medical treatment,the drugs in the quality of medical care factors,examination equipment,medical technology all have an impact on whether the residents are the first consultation in the county.On the basis of this research,the author analyzes the problems existing in residents' medical choice,including the difference of medical insurance reimbursement is not obvious,the efficiency advantage of referral is not obvious,the quality of medical service in the county is insufficient,and the residents' unreasonable orientation of medical treatment is not obvious.Therefore,make certain policy recommendations,such as adjusting the differences in medical insurance reimbursement,improving the norms of the referral process,strengthening health education,and cultivating the habit of orderly consultation of residents,so as to promote the promotion of graded diagnosis and treatment.
