Crohn's disease is one of the inflammatory bowel disease, which occurs frequently in youth. Its can appear at any places in the whole digestive tract. The symptoms vary with the pathological position, mainly including abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal mass, intestinal obstruction, intestinal adhesion, repeated fever and so on.The patient's condition is often prolonged repeatedly, and the symptoms change alternately during the remission period and the active period.Crohn's disease is a life-long disease.Patients will suffer from the trauma brought by the disease in many aspects, such as physiology, psychology, social relations and so on.With the continuous attention to medical humanities, medical social work is responsible for protecting the health of patients' psychological and social relations to achieve the "whole person" attention of patients. Therefore,it is necessary, innovative and realistic to study the psychological and emotional health of patients with Crohn's disease from the perspective of post-traumatic stress disorder and post-traumatic growth.Objectivein order to explore the types of trauma,post-traumatic growth experience,post-traumatic growth process, risk factors and protective factors in the process of post-traumatic growth of patients with Crohn's disease,in order to provideintervention strategies for clinical medical social workers to intervene in patients with Crohn's disease, the author conducted random sampling in the general surgery ward of a third-class hospital in Shanghai from March to August 2019 Four patients with Crohn's disease were interviewed.Based on the qualitative research method, the interview materials were transcribed into a text manuscript and then imported into the "nvivo11 plus" software to encode the transcriptions in three levels under the guidance of grounded theory. Finally, the relevant conclusions were drawn. Conclusion:the trauma of patients with Crohn's disease is more complex, which can be divided into explicit trauma and implicit trauma.Different coping styles can be shown in different patients with Crohn's disease when they are faced with trauma, which can be divided into active protection factor, passive protection factor, active risk factor and passive risk factor.Because Crohn's disease is a lifelong disease, the patients only have the experience of After the alternation of remission period and active period,we can get the post-traumatic growth and finally achieve disease carrying. The whole post-traumatic formation of Crohn's patients is mostly unconscious formation. Therefore, the medical social workers can help the medical team to promote the concept of rehabilitation surgery, strengthen the patient's disease self-management and control, promote the social awareness of inflammatory bowel disease, improve the patient's psychological intervention, promote the mental health, guide the family communication mode, guide the social interaction, link the social resources, guide the employment, develop the role model and help Crowe from multiple perspectives The patients with en disease consciously get rid of difficulties and form their own post-traumatic growth.
