Research On Evaluation Method And Index System Of Medical Service Price In Public Hospitals

Under the health care reform policy,from the abolition of drug bonuses to the current cancellation of medical consumables bonuses,public hospitals' income is bound to decrease.In order to maintain normal operations,the income structure of public hospitals has changed.The price of medical services is a major part of income which regulation is inevitable.The scientific setting of medical service prices is still the focus of health system reform.The importance of how to evaluate the reasonableness of medical service prices is becoming increasingly important.This article first establishes a public hospital medical service price evaluation index system by the balanced scorecard method;collects data sets and studies the established evaluation system using neural networks and random forest algorithms;in order to explore the logical relationship and regulation between evaluation indicators,establish System dynamics simulation model of evaluation index system.In the data simulation process,the simulation results are analyzed,the sensitivity analysis is used to adjust the hospital's revenue,and related improvement suggestions are given according to the simulation results,and the control results are scored.This paper uses machine learning and system dynamics simulation to study the price evaluation system of medical services in public hospitals.The research shows that the key factors such as "regulation of revenue growth" and "regulation of increase in expenditures" should be regulated.Future research hopes to obtain a more representative data set for analysis and increase the relevant indicators of sinking medical resources,that is,consider that public hospitals need to transition from expansion to quality and efficiency,while other public hospitals should be rationalized by region Allocating medical resources to reduce overuse of medical resources is a situation where medical resources must sink.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance for deepening the reform of the health system.
