Objective: To place concentrated growth factor(CGF),Gegreen,and CGF+Gegreen as the post-lift spatial stents in the maxillary sinus floor augmentation,and implant the implants at the same time.Observe the osteogenesis in the maxillary sinus among three groups to provide a choice for clinical implant material selection.Methods: A total of 30 patients(15 males and 15 females)with missing teeth in the maxillary posterior area of the outpatient clinic of the affiliated hospital of Youjiang medical university for nationalities were included in this study.The average age was(47.40 ±5.01)years.Randomly assign patients to use 3 different material for internal maxillary sinus augmentation in the period from January 2018 to August 2019,and divide them into 3groups.Maxillary sinus floor lift + CGF(Group A),maxillary sinus floor lift + Gegreen group(group B)and maxillary sinus floor lift + CGF + Gegreen group(group C),implant surgery is performed at the same time,and the implantation surgery uses the same type of maxillary sinus augmentation method(Bone chiseling method),using Dentis implants from South Korea as implants,CBCT was taken immediately after implantation,and CBCT was taken again after 6 months.The required data were measured with the Planmeca Romexix 5.x measurement software to observe the bone formation in the maxillary sinus.Use SPSS25.0statistical software for data analysis.Results: A total of 36 implants were implanted(12 in group A,12 in group B,and 12 in group C).Before implantation,the residual bone height(RBH)of the maxillary sinus floor in group A was(6.55 ± 0.48)mm,the RBH in group B was(6.61 ± 0.73)mm,and the RBH in group C was(6.24 ± 0.47)mm,the difference between the three groups has no statistical significance(P> 0.05).After implantation,the sinus bone height(SBG)in group A was(5.03± 0.58)mm,the SBG in group B was(5.39 ± 0.82)mm,and the SBG in group C was(5.73 ±0.85)mm.The difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).After six months,the SBG in group A was(3.05 ± 0.69)mm,the SBG in group B was(3.52 ± 0.90)mm,and the SBG in group C was(4.83 ± 0.83)mm.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).After six months,the bone resorption height in group A was(1.98 ± 0.45),the group B bone resorption height was(1.87 ± 0.67),and the group C bone resorption height was(0.90± 0.26).The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)This study is a short-term study of a small sample.When 5 mm <RBH<8 mm,6 months after implantation,in terms of internal osteogenesis height in maxillary sinus,the concentrated growth factor combined with Gegreen group is higher than the two other groups.(2)In the short term,there is no difference between the concentrated growth factor group and the Gegreen group in terms of bone height in maxillary sinus.(3)In the short term,bone height in maxillary sinus are absorbed among three groups,but when concentrated growth factor is used in combination with Gegreen,the degree of absorption of the sinus osteogenesis height is the smallest,that is,the anti-absorption ability is stronger.
