Clinical Observation Of Shuxinfang On Intervention Of Coronary Heart Disease With Anxiety And Depression

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the intervention effect of Shuxinfang on gas and blood stasis type coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression,and to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuxinfang.It was expected that Shuxinfang will be more widely used in clinical practice.Methods: 68 patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group,34 patients in each group.Both groups received basic treatment(common western medicine treatment combined with psychological counseling for coronary heart disease).The control group received only basic treatment,and the treatment group received Shuxinfang on the basic treatment.The course of treatment was 3 months.Through the "Awesome Self-rating Scale SAS","Depression Self-rating Scale SDS","Traditional TCM Syndrome Quantification Standards" three scales to assess scores of the related items before treatment,after 1 month of treatment,after 2 months of treatment and after3 months of treatment.Then Statistical software SPSS 21.0 was used for analysis to compare the clinical efficacy,anxiety and depressive symptoms between the two groups.Results: Before treatment,the treatment group and the control group were compared between the groups,and there were no significant differences in SAS,SDS and TCM syndrome scores(P>0.05).After 1 month,2 months and 3 months of treatment,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant in the SAS,SDS and TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05).Comparison before and after treatment in each group,the SAS,SDS and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the anxiety,depressive symptoms and TCM syndromes of the two groups were obviously better than before.After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 84.8% in thetreatment group and 62.5% in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: This clinical study suggests that Shuxinfang can significantly relieve the anxiety,depressive symptoms and TCM syndromes after intervention of qi and blood stasis type coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression,which can significantly improve clinical efficacy.The efficacy and safety of Shuxinfang in treating qi and blood stasis type coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression were further explained.
