The Expression Levels Of NO, ET-1 And VWF In Patients With Anxiety And Depression

Objective:Study on the expression levels of NO,ET-1,vWF in patients with anxiety and(or)depression.Methods:We selected 51 patients who complains “chest pain,palpitation” visited our hospital from November 2016 to May 2017.Underwent coronary angiography and evaluate CFR excluded CAD,myocardial bridge and CMVD,and then evaluated their mental condition with four anxiety / depression scales(SAS,SDS,HAMA,HAMD).According to the evaluation results,the patients divided into 2 groups: Anxiety / depression group and Nonanxiety / depression group.The serum levels of nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),von Willebrand factor(vWF)were assessed.The date of the two groups were analyzed.Before excluding the other risk factors,Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the two groups.Results:1.The serum levels of ET-1(93.42±8.51 vs 105.13±8.94pg/mL;P<0.05)?vWF(67.32±3.04 vs 71.33±4.21mU/m L;P<0.05)?NO(109.07±11.92 vs 95.48±8.23?mol/L;P<0.05)were significantly differences between the two groups.2.Spearman rank correlation analysis indicated that with adjusted age,gander,the history of smoking and drink,the history of high blood pressure and diabetes,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,NO had independent negative correlation with four evaluation scale scores,P < 0.05 respectively.ET-1 and vWF had independent positive correlation with four evaluation scale scores,P < 0.05 respectively.Conclusion:The expression levels of ET-1,vWF in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,NO were lower than those in the control group,and were correlated with the degree of anxiety and depression.
