Research On Standardized Management And Application Of Commonly Used Proprietary Chinese Medicine

Objective: To integrate the relevant drug information of traditional Chinese medicines,sum up and set up a database of common Chinese medicines.For the pharmacy fine management,clinical drug use to provide a certain reference,promote standardization of drug management,promote the rational use of drugs,avoid adverse reactions.METHODS: The current clinical application of proprietary Chinese medicine was combed through literature retrieval.The information contained in the drug instructions of 187 common proprietary Chinese medicines is combed to cover most commonly used proprietary Chinese medicines.Select the use of Excel software data entry,in the form of statistical tables,commonly used proprietary Chinese medicine instructions and other relevant information,set up a database,and statistical analysis.Results: 187 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines were obtained through information collection,input and statistics.In terms of dosage form,capsules,tablets,and granules are commonly used dosage forms;In terms of the group,the various Chinese medicines are not the same,and there are more complex pharmaceutical flavors,and there are also single ingredients,among which licorice is widely used;In terms of efficacy,most of them are mainly blood circulation,pain relief,and heat clearing,and 68.45 % are treated according to the syndrome differentiation of the viscera;In terms of usage,oral administration is the main method,accounting for72.23 %;In terms of adverse reactions and contraindications,66 % and 53.47 % are still unclear;In addition,information such as drug interaction,temperature and humidity management,and toxic ingredients were collated and summarized.Conclusion: 1.At present,there is a certain proportion of proprietary Chinese medicines that are not sufficiently deep in terms of adverse reactions,contraindications,and drug interactions.Further research should be continued to regulate the drug specifications in a timely manner.2.When the relevant Chinese patent medicines are used in clinical practice,physicians and pharmacists should play a professional role better,use them reasonably according to the drug specifications and clinical needs,and pay attention to the patient medication.3.Develop professional and applied information-based dispensing software as soon as possible to enhance the scientific services of proprietary Chinese medicine under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory.
