Shisong Gu Chief Physician's Study On The Law Of Medication And Acupoint Selection For The Treatment Of Insomnia

Objective:Data mining Shisong Gu,Chief Physician's medication law and acupuncture point selection rule for insomnia,in order to analyze its dialectical treatment of insomnia,summarize academic ideas,apply it to the clinic,and improve the efficacy.Methods:1.Collect and screen out 80 patients who have been diagnosed as insomnia from March2018 to June 2019 at the Chief Physician Shisong Gu of the Psychosomatic Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and have a total of304 prescriptions.After the data is standardized,the information is entered into WPS software and a database is established.2.Count the frequency of drug use,Siqi,Wuwei,Guijing,and efficacy classification,and get the results into a chart and analyze to get the rule of medication.The WPS mid-to-high frequency drug table was imported into IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 for cluster analysis to obtain a new drug prescription.3.Statistics on the frequency of acupuncture acupoints used,distribution of body surface,attribution,and classification of specific acupoints.The results are graphed and analyzed to obtain the acupuncture points.The WPS mid-high frequency acupoints table was imported into IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 for cluster analysis to obtain a new prescription for acupoints.4.Analyze the obtained data and summarize the thoughts and experience of Chief Physician Shisong Gu in treating insomnia.Results:1.In a total of 304 valid prescriptions collected from 80 patients in the outpatient clinic,99 flavors of drugs were involved,and the total frequency of use was 4577 times.Among them,28 flavors were used for drugs with a frequency of more than 50 times for single drugs,according to the frequency of use.The order from highest to lowest is: Shouwu Teng,Fushen,Jujube Kernel,Magnet,Licorice,Dried Ginger,Aconite,Amomum,Cinnamon,Psoralea,Evodia,Xiangfu,Baizhi,Guizhi,Bupleurum,Chuanxiong,Cimicifuga,oyster,keel,acacia skin,prunella vulgaris,hawthorn,acacia flower,cork,tortoise shell,Poria,pinellia,malt.Among the siqi of drugs,the most frequently used drugs were flat drugs,followed bywarm drugs and cold drugs,and cold drugs were the least used.From the point of view of the wuwei of the drugs involved,the most frequent ones are sweet medicines,followed by spicy and bitter medicines.From the guijing of drugs,medicinal meridian was used most frequently,followed by spleen meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian.The drugs used are classified according to their efficacy,and the top 5 in order of use frequency are: Yangxin Anshen Medicine,Wenli Medicine,Tonic Deficiency Medicine,Zhongzhen Anshen Medicine,and Antipyretics.Cluster analysis of drug prescriptions to obtain new drug combinations:prescription 1.keel,oyster,cohosh,chuanxiong,acacia skin,acacia flower,prunella vulgaris,hawthorn,cork,tortoise shell,poria,pinellia,malt;prescription 2.Bupleurum,Baiji,Guizhi,Evodia,Xiangfu,Cinnamon,Psoralea,Amomum;Prescription 3.Licorice,Magnet,Jujube Kernel,Fushen,Shouwu Rattan,Dried Ginger,and Aconite.2.Of the 304 prescriptions involved in 49 acupoints,the most frequently used is Shenmen,followed by Anmian,Baihui,Yintang,and Neiguan.According to the distribution of the body surface of the acupoints,the acupoints located on the head,neck and neck are used most frequently,followed by the upper and lower limbs.Judging from the acupoints of meridian,the most frequent meridians are Dumai,followed by Qi points,Foot Taiyin,Spleen Meridian,Hand Jue Yin Pericardial Meridian,Hand Shao Yin Heart Meridian.62.11%.Judging from the classification of specific points in the acupoint,the top three specific points are: Jiaohui,Yuan,and Bamai Jiao.Cluster analysis was performed on the used acupoint prescriptions,and 4 new acupoint prescriptions were obtained: prescription 1.Anmian,Baihui,Yintang,Shenmen,Neiguan;prescription 2.Shenmai,Mingmen,Sanyinjiao,Hegu;prescription 3.Yongquan,Yingmen,Danzhong,Houxi,Sun;prescription 4.Zhiyang,Fengchi,Zhongwuan.Conclusion:The etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia are mainly yin and yang disorders,and yang does not enter the yin;its disease position is mainly in the heart,and the spleen,stomach,liver,and kidney also affect each other;Empirical evidence and deficiency of yin deficiency and fire are few,while those of yang deficiency may have qi stagnation,blood stasis,and phlegm dampness.The rule is to reconcile yin and yang,and calm down.Therefore,most of the medications are calming,warming,and cold medicines,and many are used for nourishing and calming the nerves,warming the nerves,tonic medicine,andrelieving the nerves to relieve yang and calm the nerves.Acupuncture and acupuncture are used to acupuncture points,such as Du meridian,odd point,spleen,pericardium,and heart meridian.The emphasis is on regulating the vitality and yang,as well as regulating qi and blood.
