Objective: To study the effects of PMR on anxiety, sleep status, reproductive quality of life and pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET patients. Methods: From April 2019 to September 2019,140 patients with IVF-ET who were admitted to the Reproductive Medicine Specialty Hospital of Lanzhou University First Hospital and compliance with inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.According to the study time, they were divided into relaxation training group(70cases)and routine group(70 cases).Patients in the relaxation training group were given routine care combined with PMR.The intervention time began on the day when the ovulation induction cycle was entered and stopped on the embryo transfer day.The patients were instructed to perform progressive muscle relaxation training once a day,20-30 minutes each time,a total of 20 times;Patients in the routine group were given routine care in the hospital.Investigate the general information of the two groups of patients on the day of the ovulation induction cycle, fill in SAS,PSQI,Ferti Qo L and collect the mornings of all patients in the group.Serum, test the COR concentration. On the embryo transfer day,the SAS,PSQI and Ferti Qo L scores of the enrolled patients were evaluated again, and the serum COR concentration was detected.Through SPSS 21.0 software, analyze whether the two groups of patients have statistical differences in SAS,PSQI and Ferti Qo L scores, serum COR concentration, biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate.Result:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in basic conditions and pregnancy and childbirth history(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The difference in SAS,PSQI and Ferti Qo L scores between the two groups of patients before intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and wascomparable.Compared with before intervention, the SAS and PSQI scores of the relaxation training group decreased significantly after intervention, the Ferti Qo L score was significantly increased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of SAS,PSQI and Ferti Qo L before and after intervention in the routine group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in COR concentration between the two groups of patients before and after intervention(P>0.05).4.The difference in biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate between the two groups of patients after intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:PMR can relieve the anxiety of IVF-ET patients, and has a positive effect on improving sleep quality and reproductive life quality.Progressive muscle relaxation has no statistical difference in improving the biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate of IVF-ET,but the clinical effect is significantit,is an important nursing measure to improve the pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET patients.
