OBJECTIVE:Analysis of biological markers and brain structure among Alzheimer's disease patients,MCI patients, and control groups to clarify the correlation between biological markers and brain tissue structure through Voxel-Based Morphometry.METHOD:26 Alzheimer's disease patients,19 MCI patients, and 22 healthy control volunteers were evaluated by cognitive function scale, cranial MRI data collection, and lumbar puncture to obtain cerebrospinal fluid for biomarkers. The SPM8 imaging analysis software loaded on the Matlab platform was used to standardize the reconstruction and tissue segmentation of the brain MRI structure imaging of all subjects, and calculate the standardized brain gray matter volume and white matter volume. The biological markers are all tested by the Center for Brain Aging and Brain Diseases of the University of Science and Technology of China.Numerical correlation analysis is performed by SPSS software, and the correlation between biomarkers and structural images is performed by SPM8 software.RESULT:1.is study found that T-tau and P-tau in the Alzheimer's disease group were significantly higher than other groups. But in the AD group, they only showed a significant correlation with white matter volume(P<0.05).2.A?1-40,A?1-42 and A?1-42/A?1-40 did not show any correlation with brain structure volume. The T-tau value of cerebrospinal fluid is related to anterior corona radiate, superior longitudinal fasciculus in right brain, anterior limb of internal capsule in left brain.3.P-tau value of cerebrospinal fluid is related to anterior corona radiate in right and left.A?1-40 and A?1-42 did not show any correlation with changes in brain gray matter and white matter volume.CONCLUSION:In AD group,The T-tau and P-tau values of cerebrospinal fluid showed a positive correlation with the changes of white matter volume, and this correlation relate to the volume changes of specific white matter regions. This change is expected to be an imaging marker of AD. |
