Objective: Ischemic stroke is a serious threat to human life, health and safety, and is the main culprit [1] of disability and death in Chinese people.a new inflammatory index in recent years has been shown to have a relationship between neutrophil count /lymphocyte count ratio(neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR)and cerebrovascular disease, and is simple, reliable and easy to obtain,so it has been widely used to predict the occurrence, development and prognosis of cerebrovascular disease. Therefore, this paper discusses the role of neutrophil count / lymphocyte count ratio in predicting the prognosis of patients with intravenous thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction. Methods: In 156 patients with acute ischemic stroke,From June 2016 to October 2019,the recombinant tissue plasminogen activator was treated by intravenous thrombolysis in the Department of Neurology,Fuyang people's Hospital.Systematic summary of admission data,Including basic personal information, exposure risk factors for various cerebrovascular diseases,The current medical history, personal history, the time of onset to see a doctor, the vital signs of admission, laboratory and imaging examination data, disease outcomes and other information are summarized and compared,The prognosis of patients was assessed by a modified Rankin scale(m RS)score, was divided into A group(good prognosis group m RS ? 2 points)and B group(poor prognosis group m RS>2 points or death).logistic linear regression analysis was used to compare the clinical data of the two groups,The ratio of neutrophil count to lymphocyte count was analyzed to predict the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated byintravenous thrombolysis. Results: Comparative analysis of the two sets of measurement data can lead to conclusions,The factors with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)included onset time, history of diabetes, blood glucose,pre-thrombolytic NIHSS score,NIHSS score after 1 h of thrombolysis,NLR ? atrial fibrillation, etc. An independent predictor Logistics prognosis of thrombolytic patients with acute cerebral infarction, including the NIHSS score before thrombolysis, the NIHSS score after 1 h of thrombolysis, the ratio of NLR(the ROC curve area was 0.769,0.952,0.878,respectively),At admission NLR the optimal cutoff point for evaluating the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction thrombolysis was 2.915,The sensitivity and specificity were 95.2% and71.3% respectively. Conclusion: Higher NLR indicates that the prognosis of thrombolytic patients with acute cerebral infarction is more likely. The independent risk factors for predicting the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction thrombolysis include admission NLR? pre-thrombotic NIHSS score, thrombolytic NIHSS score 1 h later and the above three factors have certain clinical value in predicting the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction thrombolysis.
