| Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Sacubitril/valsartan and Imidapril Hydrochloride on cardiac function and exercise endurance in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 220 New York Heart Association(NYHA)heart function grade?-? chronic heart failure patients who visited the Department of Cardiology of Baoding No.1 Central Hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group(110 cases)and control group(110 cases).Both groups of selected patients were given conventional anti-heart failure treatment.The basic treatment scheme was diuresis,reduction of myocardial oxygen consumption,dilation of blood vessels,antiplatelet,etc.On this basis,the observation group was additionally treated with Sacubitril/valsartan and the control group was additionally treated with Imidapril Hydrochloride.Patients in both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The changes of NYHA cardiac function grade,6-minute walk test(6-MWT),plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),serum high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-c Tn T),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Left atrial dimension(LAD)and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)before and after treatment were respectively observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 statistical software.The measurement data was expressed as mean ± standard deviation.The comparison between groups was performed using independent sample T-test.The comparison of each index before and after treatment in each group was performed by GLM-Repeated Measures.The comparison between groups wasperformed by LSD method.The comparison between groups was made by ?2 test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The total effective rate was 90.91% in Sacubitril/valsartan group after 6months' treatment,which was better than that in Imidapril Hydrochloride group(78.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of NT-pro BNP,hs-c Tn T,LVEF,LAD,LVEDD and 6-MWT between the two groups of CHF patients(P>0.05).The levels of NT-pro BNP and hs-c Tn T measured at two different time points in 1 month after treatment and 6 months after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).LVEF and 6-MWT levels were significantly higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups 1 month after treatment with LAD and LVEDD(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference 6 months after treatment.And the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with Imidapril Hydrochloride,Sacubitril/valsartan has more significant effect on improving the cardiac function and exercise endurance in patients with chronic heart failure.In addition,it has good security. |
