Objective:In this study,We mainly focus on plasma fibrinogen and serum nutritional indicators to carry out research, and explain their correlation with the prognosis of NSCLC.Methods:This study retrospectively collected the first confirmed NSCLC patients admitted to the affiliated people's hospital of Nanchang university from 2012 to 2016,and included the medical records of 61 NSCLC patients undergoing surgical treatment.Recorded the indicators tested by the laboratory before surgery:neutrophil percentage(NEUT %),lymphocyte percentage(LYM %),serum albumin(Alb),prealbumin(pAlb),plasma fibrinogen(Fib),and calculated the albumin/fibrinogen ratio(AFR),albumin/prealbumin ratio(APR),fibrinogen/prealbumin ratio(FPR),neutrophil percentage/lymphocyte percentage ratio(NLR)according to the formula respectively. The x-tile software was used to determine the optimal cut-off value of each index, and patients was divided into high and low two groups according to each truncation. The differences in baseline clinicopathological characteristics between groups were statistically analyzed using the ?2 test or Fisher's exact test. The relationship between factors and overall survival(OS)was estimated by Kaplan-Meier curve and log-rank test, furthermore multivariate Cox proportional hazard models were used to further assess the important prognostic factors revealed in univariate analysis.Results:1.Alb was significantly correlated with T stage,Fib level,pAlb level,APR,AFR,and FRP(P<0.05);FPR was clearly connected with gender,T stage,TNM stage,Fib level,pAlb level,Alb level,AFR,APR,and NLR(P<0.05);APR was visibly in connection with TNM stage,Fib level,pAlb level,Alb level,AFR,and FPR(P<0.05).2.In Cox analysis and Kaplan-Meier survival curve,N pathological stage,TNM stage,Alb and APR had a profound impact on the prognosis of NSCLC patients.Meanwhile,N stage(HR:2.745,P=0.002)was it's independent prognostic factors. In addition, patients with APR?189(log-rank test,P=0.028)or albumin>39.5g/L(log-rank test,P=0.033)showed more positive overall survival.Conclusion:1.N pathological stage,TNM stage,Alb and APR could have a profound impact on the prognosis of NSCLC patients, what's more,N stage is it's independent prognostic factors.2.Patients with APR?189 or albumin>39.5 g/L before surgery maybe show more positive overall survival.
