ObjectiveThe results of cervical biopsy in 3575 patients with high-risk human papillomavirus(hr-hpv)were retrospectively analyzed for provide a certain data reference for shunt management of patients with hr-hpv infection.MethodsThe results of thin liquid-based cytology(TCT)in the colposcopy clinic of the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang University from February 2016 to November2019 were as follows: There were no obvious intraepithelial lesions or malignant lesions(NILM),and the results of HR-HPV test were 3575 patients with cervical biopsy under colposcopy. The age, whether menopause,HR-HPV infection subtype and colposcopy biopsy pathological results were collected for retrospective analysis.Result1.The detection rate of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions and above(High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions and above,HSIL and above)in 3575NILM?HR-HPV positive patients was 8.03%,of which the detection rate of cervical cancer was 1.01%,and the detection rate of HSIL and above in HPV16/18 positive group was 16.57%,which was much higher than 3.93% in 12 other high-risk HPV positive groups.2.The cervical cytology results were NILM patients, regardless of HR-HPV infection, there was no statistical difference between the detection rate of HSIL and above between the menopausal group and the unmenopausal group(P>0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in the detection rate of HSIL and above in different age groups among HPV16/18 infected persons(P>0.05).The detection rate of 12 other high-risk HPV infected persons HSIL different age groups and above has statistical difference(P<0.05).The detection rates of HSIL and above in >60,31-40 and 41-50 age groups were 7.96%?4.85 %and 4.68 %.Conclusion1.NILM patients less than 30 years old with HR-HPV infection still have a high detection rate of HSIL and above,so it is recommended that patients less than 30 years old, combined with HR-HPV typing detection for cervical cancer screening.2.Among NILM patients, the detection rate of HSILand above in HPV16/18 infected patients was nearly 4 times that of 12 other high-risk HPV infected patients, and colposcopy should be referred immediately, and communication with patients should be strengthened and closely followed up.3.NILM patients with 12 other high-risk HPV infections are recommended to actively refer colposcopy >60 years old, follow up patients 30-59 years old with unreliable or anxious, and also refer colposcopy to carefully biopsy according to colposcopy impression.
