Objective:To investigate the incidence and related risk factors of post-ERCP pancreatitis(PEP).Methods:The clinical data of ERCP patients admitted by the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang university from January to December 2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of post ERCP pancreatitis was counted and the risk factors were discussed. Results:a total of 2115 patients underwent ERCP surgery during this period, and 1419 patients were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria.Statistics showed that the incidence of PEP in patients with ERCP was 7.68%(109/1419).Single factor analysis revealed that the risk factors of pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(PEP)were insertion of guide wire into pancreatic duct, endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST)and stricture of bile duct, and the placement of pancreatic duct stent was the protective factor of PEP;The results of multivariate analysis showed that the P value of the three items was less than 0.05,which was the independent influencing factor of PEP.It indicated that the insertion of the guide wire into the pancreatic duct and the stricture of the bile duct were the risk factors of PEP,and the placement of the pancreatic duct stent was the protective factor of PEP.In the further study of the guide wire into the pancreatic duct,1260 patients were included after excluding the protective factor of the stent placement. The statistical results showed that the P value between the guide wire not entering the pancreatic duct, the guide wire entering the pancreatic duct 1-2 times and the guide wire entering the pancreatic duct ? 3 times was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:The risk factors of PEP were the guide wire into the pancreatic duct and bile duct stenosis, while the pancreatic duct stent placement was the protective factor of PEP,and the number of guide wire into the pancreatic duct had an effect on the incidence of PEP.The more times the pancreatic duct was inserted, the more obvious the incidence of PEP was.
