objective:To explore the application of 3D printing combined with ultra-thin layer resection in laparoscopic partial nephrectomyMethods:from April 2020,20 renal tumor patients were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into 12 patients in the control group(partial nephrectomy with ultra-thin parenchyma layer resection)and 8 patients in the experimental group(3D printing combined with ultra-thin parenchyma layer resection in partial nephrectomy).In the experimental group,The CT data of patients were collected for 3D reconstruction and printing model.Perioperative indicators and postoperative recovery indicators were compared between the two groups.8 patients in the experimental group completed the same scale before and after viewing the 3D printed model,and compared their understanding of kidney anatomy,physiology,tumor characteristics and surgical procedures.Results:In the experimental group,the operative time was(64.3±18.5)minutes,the intraoperative blood loss was(86.2±22.4)ml,the renal warm ischemia time was(13.5± 3.1)minutes,the postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time was(1.3±0.3)days,and the postoperative hospital stay was(3.4± 0.4)days.,The mean eGFR decreased was(12.72±2.80)(ml/min)in the 3 months after the surgery.In the control group,the operative time was(88.2±25.3)minutes,the intraoperative blood loss was(96.6±36.1)ml,the renal warm ischemia time was(17.2± 4.2)minutes,the postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time was(1.2±0.5)days,the postoperative hospital stay was(3.5± 0.6)days,the mean eGFR decreased was(13.37±2.69)(ml/min)in the 3 months after the surgery.The difference of operation time(P=0.035,P<0.05),and ischemia time(P=0.047,P<0.05)was statistically significant.The decrease of eGFR was no statistically significant difference,compared with baseline3 months ago.the recovery of gastrointestinal tract,and the understanding of renal anatomy and physiology(P = 0.034),disease and tumor characteristics(P = 0.046),and surgical procedure(P = 0.027)was significantly improved.Conclusion : 3D printing combined with ultra-thin layer partial nephrectomy have better preoperative planning and improves the surgical effect.At the same time,it can improve patients' understanding of disease and tumor characteristics and surgical procedures,besides,which easily makes the communication between doctors and patients easier.
