Objective: To analyze the effect of electronic remote diabetes management system on the comprehensive compliance rate of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients and its cost-effectiveness analysis. Methods: From July 2015 to June 2017,228 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the endocrinology department of Pingkuang General Hospital of Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province were randomly divided into conventional diabetes education and management intervention groups according to the random number table method(The control group)and the electronic remote diabetes management intervention group(study group),the control group was given routine diabetes education and management intervention for 6 months, and the research group applied an electronic remote management system to strengthen diabetes management intervention online for 6 months.Observe the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients after regular diabetes education management and electronic remote diabetes management intervention, their fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PBG),glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1C),blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),blood pressure(BP),body mass index(BMI),frequency of hypoglycemia, mental state anxiety state and depression state and other indicators, and conducted a controlled study and cost-benefit analysis. Results: 1.After receiving the corresponding diabetes education and management intervention, the two groups of patients had improved diabetes knowledge assessment score, hypertension knowledge assessment score, lipid metabolism knowledge assessment score and diabetes self-management ability, and the electronic remote diabetes management group(research group)was excellent In the conventional diabetes management group(control group)(P<0.05). 2.The blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients before and after the diabetes education and management intervention were compared. The patients in the electronic remote diabetes management group had better blood glucose control effects after the intervention than the diabetes conventional management group.Compared with the conventional diabetes management group,FBG,2h PBG,Hb AIC in the electronic remote diabetes management group were significantly different.(P<0.05).3.Before and after the intervention of diabetes education and management, the two groups of patients compared the blood lipid level. The patients in the electronic remote diabetes management group had better blood lipid levels after intervention than the conventional diabetes management group.Compared with the conventional diabetes management group,HDL-C had significant differences(P<0.05).4.Before and after the intervention of diabetes education and management, the weight control and blood pressure management of the two groups of patients were better than that of the conventional diabetes management group.(P<0.05).5.During the 6-month period between the two groups of patients receiving electronic remote diabetes management and routine diabetes management, patients in both groups developed hypoglycemia, but did not see a case of severe hypoglycemia. The incidence of hypoglycemia in the electronic remote diabetes management intervention group was lower than that in the diabetes routine management intervention group(P<0.05).6.After receiving remote electronic diabetes management and routine diabetes management for 6 months, the two groups of patients' blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure and body weight compliance rate and overall comprehensive compliance rate were further increased compared with those at 3 months of intervention. The remote management group is more ideal than the conventional management group.Compared with the two groups, the above-mentioned compliance rates of the electronic remote diabetes management after 3 months of intervention and 6 months of intervention are better than the conventional diabetes management.(P<0.05).7.After 6 months of receiving electronic remote diabetes management or routine diabetes management, the two groups of patients have decreased anxiety index and depression index, and their psychological conditions have improved, and the electronic remote diabetes management intervention group is superior to the conventional management intervention group(P<0.05).8.In terms of medical expenditures for the entire treatment process of the two groups of diabetic patients, after 6 months of treatment, the medical expenses of the patients in the electronic remote diabetes management intervention group were significantly lower than those of the diabetes routine management intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Electronic remote management is more conducive to improving patients 'knowledge of diabetes, hypertension, lipid metabolism disorders, etc.than conventional diabetes management, and better improving the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes, promoting the improvement and improvement of patients' unhealthy living habits. Its quality of life.2.Compared with the conventional management of diabetes, electronic remote management can more effectively control blood glucose, blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin, blood pressure, weight and other indicators of patients with type 2 diabetes;it is more conducive to improving the comprehensive compliance rate of patients with diabetes;thereby reducing diabetes complications happened.3.Compared with the routine management of diabetes, electronic remote management can better prevent the prevention of hypoglycemia and is more conducive to the treatment of hypoglycemia.4.Compared with the conventional management of diabetes, electronic remote management can better psychological intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes, thereby more actively improving the psychological state of patients, benefiting their mental and physical health, and improving their quality of life.5.The cost-effectiveness of electronic remote diabetes management is better than conventional diabetes management.
