| Objective:To investigate the Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome(multiple outraged dysfunction Syndrome MODS)soluble in myeloid cells trigger protein 1(sTREM-1)and endotoxin(LPS),interleukin 6(IL 6)and soluble interleukin 6 receptor(sIL-6R),the change of the level,as well as the sTREM-1 / LPS,sIL-6R /IL-6 with severe burns MODS cases of pancreatic islet beta cell function is not complete.Methods:1.According to the randomly number table,80 SD rats were divided into control group clean level 20 and 60 severe burns of MODS model group.2.In severe burns in the rat model of MODS group successful moulding 1 d,3 d,5d the heart blood and anatomy.3.By testing rats GLU and INS levels,and each time the node of GLU、INS、ALT、CK、CREA、IL – 6、sIL-6R,sTREM-1 and the levels of LPS,The MODS model group rats with severe scald were dissected at each time node and their organs and tissues were sectioned.4.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the experimental data to analyze the levels of strem-1,LPS,il-6 and sIL-6R,as well as the ratios of strem-1 /LPS,il-6 /sIL-6r and islet epithelial cells.Results:1.The levels of GLU,INS,ALT,CK and CRE in rats with severe scald MODS on day 1,3 and 5 after injury were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Combined with the pathological sections of rats in the model group at each time node,it was suggested that the heart,liver,kidney and pancreas of the model group were functionally deficient.2.The homa-β index of rats at each time node was calculated by the homa-β formula.Combined with the pathological sections,it was suggested that the islet inflammatory cells of rats in the model group were functionally deficient with the development of the disease.3.The levels of il-6,sIL-6R,strem-1 and LPS at each time node of the MODS model group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and were positively correlated with the severity of inflammation.4.The ratios of sTREM-1/LPS and sIL-6R/IL-6 in the MODS model group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the severity of inflammation.5.The ratios of sTREM-1/LPS and sIL-6R/IL-6 in severely scald MODS rats were positively correlated with their islet dysfunction.The lower the ratios of sTREM-1/LPS and sIL-6R/IL-6 were,the more serious the islet dysfunction was,the more serious the inflammation was,and the more serious the organ injury was.Conclusion:1.Severe scald rats are involved in inflammatory infection,skin,liver,kidney,pancreas and heart injury and necrosis,and pancreatic β cell dysfunction.2.The levels of sTREM-1,LPS,IL-6 and sIL-6R increased after severe scald,but the levels of sTREM-1 and sIL-6R were lower than those of LPS and IL-6.3.The ratio of sTREM-1 / LPS and sIL-6R/IL-6 decreased with the development of inflammation,suggesting that the lower the ratio of soluble receptor and inflammatory factor,the more severe the inflammation,the more severe the organ dysfunction,and the more severe the islet β cell dysfunction. |
