Objective: The purpose of this study was to detect the expression level of coronary artery endothelial microparticles(EMPs)and mi R-126 in patients with Acute coronary syndrome(ACS),analyze and explore the relationship with clinical indexes,the occurrence and development of ACS.Methods:In this case-control study 60 patient were included.40 patients with ACS diagnosed by coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiology,Xinjiang people's Hospital from January to October 2019 were divided into acute myocardial infarction group(AMI group,n = 20)and unstable angina pectoris group(UA group,n = 20).At the same time,20 patients with suspected coronary heart disease due to chest pain but the results of coronary angiography indicate is normal(Control group,n=20),all of them matched by age,sex and race.coronary artery blood samples of the above patients were collected during the Coronary angiography.Drawed blood sample to detected the levels of EMPs by flow cytometry and the expression of mi R-126 contained EMP was quantitatively analyzed by q RT-PCR method.Results: The coronary blood EMPs level in the ACS group was(53.69 ± 15.44),the EMPs level in the control group was(33.48 ± 8.49),and the ACS group was higher than the control group(P <0.01).The EMPs level in the AMI subgroup was(60.11 ±10.58).The levels of EMPs in the UA subgroup(47.29 ± 17.06)were significantly higher in the AMI group than in the UA group(P <0.05).The patients with ACS were divided into three subgroups: one-branch,two-branch,and three-branch vascular lesions.The EMPs level of the three-branch vascular lesion group was(61.50 ±15.44).The EMPs level of the two-branch lesion group was(56.93 ± 9.73).The EMPs level in the group was(38.11 ± 15.99),and the differences between the two pairs were statistically significant(P <0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that EMPs levels were positively correlated with low density lipoprotein(? = 5.437,P<0.05).The expression of mi R-126 in coronary blood EMPs in the ACS group was(0.16±0.08),and the expression of mi R-126 in the control group(0.25±0.17)was lower in the ACS group than in the control group(P <0.01),among which the expression ofmi R-126 in the AMI subgroup was(0.15±0.07)and the expression of mi R-126 in the UA subgroup(0.16 ± 0.08),no significant differences in two sub groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:The level of EMPs in coronary blood of patients with ACS is significantly higher than that normal controls,and it is correlated with thenumber of diseased coronary arteries involved,suggesting that EMPs in coronary blood is related to the occurrence and development of ACS.Compared with the normal control group,the expression of EMPs-derived mi R-126 in coronary blood was significantly down regulated.
