Objective by means of determining the levels of Plasma Endothelial Microparticles CD144+/Annexin ? +,the aim of this study is to investigate the correlative of Endothelial microparticles and coronary artery lesions.Methods We studied 185 individuals,included male 116 cases,female 69 cases,was selected from department of Cardiology of our hospital among January2016 to September 2016,according to the result of angiography the patients were divided into coronary artery lesion group 129 cases,including male 86 cases,female43 cases,mean age(61.76 ? 9.67)year,and healthy control group,including 56 cases,male 30 cases,female 26 cases,mean age(59.02 ? 9.44)year.first,coronary artery lesion group was grouped into acute coronary syndrome group(ACS),non-ACS group,then coronary artery lesion group,according to the score of Gensini scores,was divided into low score group(1.5-24),and high group(> 24),EMP-CD144+/Annexin ? + were determined in blood using flow cytometry.,determination of related biochemistry indexes of for example,cholesterol and triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,uric acid.linear correlation analysis was used in biariate correlation analysis.Results coronary artery lesions group versus control group are Compared as follow:cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were no significant difference between two group.Triglycerideand and uric acid were significantly higher incoronary artery lesions group(P<0.05),in contrast,high density lipoprotein cholesterol in this group were significantly lower(P<0.05).level of plasm EMP-CD144+/Annexin?+[1940.86(2519.79)(n/ul)versus 1228.32(1671.89)(n/ul)(p=0.001)was significantly higher in coronary artery lesions group;EMP-CD144+/Annexin?+ [2729.16(3476.04)(n/ul)versus 1422.28(2362.1)(n/ul)(p=0.001)] was significantly higher in acute coronary syndrome group.EMP-CD144+/Annexin?+ was no significant difference between low score group(1.5-24)and high score group(>24),plasma level of EMP-CD144+/Annexin ?+ was not correlated with Genesini score(r=0.088,p=0.295);correlation analysis between level of EMP-CD144+/Annexin ? + and risk factors of coronary artery lesions showed that the level of EMP-CD144+/Annexin ? + was not correlated with multiple of risk factors,was positively correlated with smoking(p<0.05).3.Conclusions 1.Triglyceride and uric acid take part in the genesis of atherosclerosis,in contrast,high density lipoprotein cholesterol maybe can anti-atherosclerosis.2.plasma level of EMP-CD144+/Annexin ?+was not correlated with severity of coronary artery lesions,but was likely to have effects on the stability of the coronary artery atheromatous plaque.
