Objective:Analyze the characteristics and related factors of Pelvic floor ultrasonography in female patients with stress urinary incontinence in Alar region.Methods:163 women diagnosed with SUI by inquiry and gynecological examination had transperineal ultrasonography.According to the disease index,BMI,menopause, delivery times and physical activity, the research objects were divided into control group and observation group. The maximum distance from the bladder neck or the lowest point of the bladder posterior wall to the lower margin of the symphysis pubis, posterior urethrovesical angle and the formation of the"funnel"of the urethral opening were measured under the resting state.Under Valsalva condition, the maximum distance from the bladder neck or the lowest point of the bladder posterior wall to lower margin of the symphysis pubis, posterior urethrovesical angle and the formation of"funnel"in the urethral opening were measured.By calculating the maximum mobility of the bladder neck,URA and PUA to analyze different types of bladder prolapse. The maximum hiatus area of musculus levator ani hiatus in the resting state, and Valsalva state were observed in the three-dimensional model.BMI,menopause, delivery times and physical activity were quantified according to the severity of SUI.Univariate Logistic regression analysis was performed, and then all factors were included in the ordered polylogistic regression to further analyze and compare the factors affecting the severity of SUI?The t test and Rank Sum Test were used to comparative the difference of pelvic floor ultrasound indexes in SUI severity, and between groups of BND,URA,PUA in resting and Valsalva condition, the area of musculus levator ani hiatus in resting and Valsalva condition(A?B)and formation of the"funnel"of the urethral opening. The possible risk factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, and the risk factors affecting various pelvic floor ultrasound indexes were analyzed and compared. Results:There was a significant correlation between mild and moderate SUI in menopause(P=0.000)and delivery times(3 OR more)(P=0.001).The BND(P=0.000),URA(P=0.000)and area B(P=0.001)of moderate SUI were all greater than mild SUI.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that, for each increase in production, the BND increases by 2.865mm;URA in non-menopausal patients decreased by 13.536°compared with menopausal patients(P=0.03);area A of non-menopausal patients decreased by 1.023cm~2 compared with that of menopausal patients(P=0.012);area A of patients with no long-term physical activity decreased by 1.029cm~2 compared with those with long-term physical activity(P=0.011);area B of non-obese patients decreased by 2.073cm~2 compared with obese patients(P=0.024).Conclusion:Female patients with SUI in Alaer region:1.Pelvic floor ultrasound manifestations of BND,URA and area A of mild and moderate SUI were different;2.The indexing of SUI of mild and moderate was related to the menopause and delivery times;3.Pelvic floor ultrasound index was affected by BMI,menopause and physical activity.
