| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of wenshenqianggu pill in the treatment of osteoporosis of spleen kidney yang deficiency type,and to observe the effect of wenshenqianggu pill in the relief of back pain,the increase of bone density,the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the improvement of bone turnover index and the reduction of the incidence of brittle fracture,and to explore its clinical application value.Methods: From September 2017 to December 2018,a total of 126 patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang syndrome were selected from the osteoporosis patients who were treated in the spine orthopaedic clinic and ward of Gansu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and according to the guiding principles of clinical research of new Chinese medicine,they were divided into treatment team(n = 42),control group(n = 42)and basic treatment team(n = 42).The basic treatment team was given western medicine anti osteoporosis treatment,the control group in the basic treatment group plus Xian ling gu bao capsule,the treatment group in the basic treatment group plus wenshenqianggu pill.All three groups were treated for 6 months.The changes of BMD,VAS,OC and DPD / Cr before and after treatment were observed in three groups;the changes of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in three groups were compared;the vertebral bodies in three groups were observed at least in 12 months The fracture rate was analyzed by spss21.0.Results:(1)There is no statistical significance(P > 0.05)in the comparison of basic materials such as age,sex,medical history,and TCM syndrome before three team are treated.(2)BMD value: Three BMD team after treatment are higher than before treatment.There is a statistically significant meaning(P < 0.05).The difference between treatment and control groups after treatment before treatment is significant(P >0.05).the difference between the treatment group and the basic treatment group was statistically meaning(P < 0.05).(3)VAS score: The comparison of the VAS score and treatment before and after treatment of the three teams was clearly improved,and the statistical significance was meaning(P < 0.05),and the difference between the VAS score of three months after the treatment of the treatment team and the control group was statistically meaning(P< 0.05),the control group was superior to the treatment group,and the treatment group was 6 months after the treatment The ratio has no statistical significance(P >0.05).The difference of VAS evaluation is statistically meaning(P < 0.05).(4)TCM syndrome score: TCM syndrome after three pairs of treatments has been clearly improved compared to before treatment.The difference is statistical significance.(P < 0.05),there is a statistical significance in the difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment.(P < 0.05).The treatment group has statistical significance compared with the TCM syndrome after the basic treatment.the improvement effect of the treatment group is clear.(5)Detection of bone turnover index:The OC value observed by three teams after treatment has risen compared with before treatment.The difference is statistically meaning(P < 0.05),and the treatment team for three or six months after treatment has no statistical significance compared to the control group.The treatment group is better than the basic treatment team,compared with the basic treatment team after treatment for 3 or 6 months after treatment.The DPD / Cr values observed in three teams after treatment were improved in comparison with before treatment,but there is a statistical meaning compared to before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group of 3 and 6months after treatment has no statistical significance compared to the control group(P > 0.05).The treatment group of 3 and 6 months after treatment is superior to the basic treatment group.(P < 0.05).(6)Incidence of vertebral fracture: After three months of treatment,three patients visited 12 months and found three cases of vertebral compression fracture.Among them,the treatment team found two cases.Incidence of vertebral fracture was 4.8%.The control group found three cases.Incidence of vertebral fracture was 7.1%.The basic treatment team found 6 cases.The incidence of vertebral fractures is 14.3%,and the incidence of vertebral fractures in treatment teams and control groups is evident.Lower than the basic treatment team.Conclusion: the intervention of wenshenqianggu pill can effectively relieve the pain of the back and lower limbs,increase the BDM value of the patients,improve the symptoms of chills and aching waist and knees,and improve the quality of life of the patients.It has a certain value in the prevention and treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture,which is worth further research and promotion. |
