Part ? X-ray film follow-up observation and analysis of replanted immature permanent toothObjective: This thesis tries to follow up and have a detailed review of the X-ray film of the replanted immature permanent tooth. Methods: By collecting the diagnosis and treatment data of replanted immature permanent teeth which were admitted from January 2013 to March 2019,analyzing X-ray films and gaining knowledge about the influencing factors of healing and progression of root resorption. Results: The functional healing rate was 17.3%.Replanted in 60 minutes was beneficial to functional healing, which was statistical difference.Inflammatory resorption rate was28%.Root and alveolar bone resorption on periapical area, cervical tooth, the surface of root were showed in X-ray.Replacement resorption rate was 70.6%.In X-ray,root resorption and alveolar bone formation on periapical area or the surface of root, and resorption cannot control after treating in root canal. Conclusion: The prognosis of replanted immature permanent tooth is poor. Most of the root resorption will occur. The resorption site, mode and degree of resorption can be clearly defined on the X-ray film.Part ? X-ray film follow-up observation and analysis of intrusive luxation immature permanent toothObjective:This thesis tries to follow up and have a detailed review of the X-ray film of the intrusive luxation immature permanent tooth. Methods:By collecting the diagnosis and treatment data of intrusive luxation immature permanent teeth which were admitted from January 2013 to March 2019,analyzing X-ray films and gaining knowledge about teeth restoration, root development and root resorption. Results:Allteeth have finished restoration in which root development accounts for 66.7% while replacement resorption 25%.Mild intrusion is beneficial to reducing pulp necrosis(P =0.008)and re-eruption can reduce replacement resorption(P =0.005).The root of tooth with survived pulp continues to grow, without the sign of replacement resorption(P <0.001).Conclusion : The pulp of immature permanent tooth with intrusive luxation can survive, with its root continuing to grow.Pulp survival is beneficial for root development, reducing the replacement resorption. However,in severe intrusion immature permanent tooth, there is a potential eruption.Part ? X-ray film follow-up compare and analysis of tooth resorption of immature permanent tooth after two types of dental traumaObjective:To conduct a retrospective study of X-ray films of root resorption in cases of replanted and intrusive luxation immature permanent tooth, and to compare the similarities and differences between the two types of dental trauma. Methods:The case data of root resorption were screened from the first and second case data. They were classified according to the three types of surface, inflammatory and alternative resorption, and analyzing X-ray characteristics of the initial site of resorption, the rate of progress, and the final performance. Results: There is no surface resorption of the root surface area and invasive cervical inflammatory resorption in intrusive luxation immature permanent tooth;the replacement resorption cases of replanted tooth showed more serious and diversified on X-ray film, which can be resorption from the apical area and three-dimensional root surface, while the alternative absorption of intrusive luxation generally starts from the apex. Conclusion:Three types of root resorption can be found in replanted and intrusive luxation immature permanent tooth. The immature permanent tooth resorption of replanted is more serious than intrusive luxation.
