Objective:To explore the prevalence and related influencing factors of PD with autonomic dysfunction. Methods:A total of 105 PD patients were included in our PD inpatient and outpatient clinics from January 2018 to December 2019.Clinical data of all patients were collected, including name, sex, age, disease course, education level, previous medical history, family history and medication status. All patients completed the evaluation of SCOPA-AUT scale,hoehn-yahr staging(h-y staging),MDS-UPDRS scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Mini-Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE),Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI),olfactory testing,Parkinson's Disease Fatigue Scale(PFS-16),and Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire(PDQ-39).Collect and analyze the observation indicators of all selected candidates.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for data analysis, and p<0.05 was defined as having statistical difference. The measurement data was expressed as mean ± standard deviation, and the data from the normal distribution population was compared using the t test, the counting data were tested by chi-squared test. The analysis of the influencing factors of Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction used linear regression analysis.Results:1?There were 105 PD patients(62 males and 43 females). The age range was38-87 years(64.3 ± 10.0).disease duration: 5.0±4.3(years);There were 11 PD patients without AutD and 94 PD patients with AutD,with an prevalence of 89.5%.2?The difference in age(t=-1.628,P=0.019),disease duration(t =-3.200,p =0.003),H-Y stage(t =-2.215,p = 0.030),UPDRSIII score(t =-1.597,p = 0.015),PDQ-39(t =-3.574,p = 0.041)between PD without AutD and PD with AutD is statistically significant, while the difference in gender? BMI ?LED between the two groups is not statistically significant(P> 0.05 for all).3?There were statistically significant differences in olfactory score(t=4.537,P<0.001),anxiety score(t=-5.743,P<0.001),depression score(t=-4.879,P <0.001),fatigue score(t=-6.724,P <0.001),and sleep score(t=-9.091,P <0.001)between PD without AutD and PD with AutD.However, there was no significant difference in cognitive function between the two groups(P >0.05).4?Age(?=0.24,P=0.013),score of olfactory(?=-0.465,P<0.001)and anxiety score(?=0.497,P=0.001)were independent influencing factors of PD autonomic dysfunction.Conclusion:1 ? 89.5% PD patients complicated with autonomic dysfunction, autonomic dysfunction in PD patients is closely related to age, disease duration,HY stage,UPDRS? score, anxiety, depression, fatigue, olfactory dysfunction, sleep disorder and quality of life.2?Age,olfactory dysfunction and anxiety are independent influencing factors of autonomic dysfunction in PD patients.
