Objective: 1.In the project,CAD/CAM implant surgical guide were used to assist in complete implant surgeries.The study measured the deviations on the entrance,apical and angular between pre-operation and postoperation.2.The paper analyzed and evaluated the factors that may affect the accuracy of the surgery,providing reference for clinical and puting forward the improvement directions,so as to provide a basis for further improving the accuracy of planting guide plate.Methods: Thirty-six cases were selected according to screening conditions.All cases were designed by the same software and then produced the surgical guide.The dentist completed the operation according to the operation procedure.The study measured the deviations on the entrance,apical and angular between pre-operation and postoperation.The factors influencing on the precision of guide plate were analyzed,including the differences of planting system,guide board support,number of guide plate,number of fixing nail,implant direction,upper and lower jaw,and intraoperative area.Results: The study included 36 cases.The age was between 30 and 73,and the average age was 57.2 + 11.32.Two hundred and seventy-four plants were measured.The entrance error was 1.54 + 0.29 mm.The apical error was 1.60 + 0.25 mm and the angular error was 2.00 + 0.53o.The apical error was slightly larger than the entrance error.(1)There was no statistical difference between the two planting systems(P>0.05).(2)The accuracy of mucosal-supported surgical guide was higher than that of bone-supported suegical guide,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The accuracy of the double-guide system was slightly higher than that of the single planting guide system,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)The accuracy of 4 fixation pins was higher than that of 3 fixation pins,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)Inclined implants in the entrance,apical and angular error were significantly greater than those in the axial implants,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The angle error of the maxillary implant was slightly larger than that of the mandibular implant,and there was no significant difference in the error of the entrance and apical(P>0.05).(7)Compared with the anterior teeth group and the premolar group,the molar group had greater deviations in the entrance and apical error,there was no statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05).But the angular error of the maxillary molar group was higher than that of the other groups.Conclusion: 1.The application of CAD/CAM implant surgical guide to complete planting has high accuracy.2.Different implant systems have no effect on the accuracy of implant surgery.Mucosal-supported guide are superior to bone-supported guide.3.The accuracy of maxillary posterior area needs to be improved,especially the angular deviation.The error of tilting implants is large,and the methods of designed guide should be improved.The accuracy can be improved through increasing the number of guide,the number of retention nails,and the height of the sleeve.
