| ObjectiveThis study is to investigate the effectiveness of ultrasound-guided percutaneous balloon dilation and surgery for the treatment of arteriovenous fistula stenosis in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.MethodsIn this study,100 patients with arteriovenous fistula stenosis were included as research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the ultrasound group.The clinical signs,the parameters of ultrasound detection before and after surgery,the success rate of surgery,and incidence of stenosis.Results(1)In terms of clinical signs,21 of the 50 patients in the control group had audible internal fistula murmur and tremor and obvious internal fistula tremor,while48 of the 50 patients in the ultrasound group had significant internal fistula.(2)After the operation,the brachial artery blood flow increased in both the control group and the ultrasound group compared with before surgery,and the peak flow rate showed a downward trend compared with before surgery.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).).At the same time,the internal diameter of the stenosis and brachial artery blood flow in the ultrasound group were higher than those in the control group,and the peak flow velocity was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).(3)Regarding the success rate of surgery,the ultrasound group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)The incidence of internal fistula restenosis in the ultrasound group was always lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between June and September after surgery(P <0.05).ConclusionCompared with conventional surgical repair methods,ultrasound-guided percutaneous balloon dilatation is effective for patients with arteriovenous fistula stenosis. |
