Investigation On The Decomposition Work Process Of Public Hospitals In Harbin

In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,healthy poverty alleviation is an important part of the national strategy for precision poverty alleviation,and it is also one of the basic tasks of the healthy China strategy.In order to achieve the goal of basic medical and health services for everyone in impoverished areas by 2020,China began a five-year health poverty alleviation project from 2016.As an important part of China's public medical service system,public hospitals play an important role in the process of health poverty alleviation.For this reason,it is necessary to investigate and research the health poverty alleviation work of Harbin public hospitals,analyze the work progress,find out the existing problems,and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions by studying the current health poverty alleviation work of Harbin public hospitals.Provide scientific basis for improving the health poverty alleviation work in Harbin and promoting the reform of public hospitals in Harbin.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's theory of health poverty alleviation,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,and comparative analysis to study the social equity theory of the new system of public administration and the theory of Beta Publica Fei,through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method,through the health poverty alleviation service staff in public hospitals in Harbin City Conduct field surveys and questionnaires with beneficiaries,and study the current situation of health poverty alleviation in public hospitals in Harbin from the aspects of the health poverty alleviation system,implementation paths,and implementation effects.It is found that there are some problems such as the weak continuity of the current health poverty alleviation work in public hospitals in Harbin,the poverty alleviation effect is limited by the medical and health conditions in poor areas,and the effect of classified treatment is not obvious.The main reasons for the problem are the lack of long-term poverty alleviation mechanisms,insufficient government investment in the construction of primary health institutions in poor areas,and the lack of information linkage mechanisms between public and primary hospitals.By drawing on the experience of poverty alleviation of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing MedicalUniversity,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,the Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University and the Second People's Hospital of Hefei City,for example,encourage support staff to actively contribute to improve the health institutions in poor areas "Hematopoietic" function,coordination between public hospitals and primary medical institutions,targeted support work,etc.Based on this,according to the actual situation of health poverty alleviation work in public hospitals in Harbin City,some countermeasures were proposed,such as improving the health poverty alleviation system in Harbin public hospitals,optimizing the health poverty alleviation work path in Harbin public hospitals,and improving the effectiveness of public hospital health poverty alleviation services.Strive for the targeted poverty alleviation work and healthy Longjiang project of Heilongjiang Province and Harbin,and fulfill the responsibilities of students for the revitalization of Northeast China.
