Objective: To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of patients undergoing endoscopic thoracotomy(EFR)for gastric submucosal tumors(SMT),including tumor size, tumor integrity, surgical success rate, recurrence rate and metastasis; Two different suture methods were used for the postoperative wound: endoscopic nylon ring combined with titanium clip "pocket" suture method and two-arm forceps combined with ligation device "ligating" suture method. The clinical data between the two were analyzed and compared to evaluate EFR.The feasibility of clinical application and the efficacy and prognosis of two different suture methods. Methods: This study collected clinical data from 65 patients with gastric submucosal tumors who underwent endoscopic thoracotomy(EFR)in the hospital from September 2016 to December 2019 and met the exclusion criteria of this study. The complete resection rate, postoperative complications, total hospitalization costs, postoperative recurrence and metastasis were analyzed, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the wound suture method. There were 31 patients in the observation group.Endoscopic two-arm forceps combined with a ligation device for "ligating" sutures, while a total of 34 patients in the control group were treated with a single-clamp endoscopy nylon ring combined with a titanium clip "pocket" for sutures;Suture time, length of stay, postoperative delayed bleeding, postoperative delayed perforation were comprehensively analyzed. Results: A total of 65 patients with submucosal masses underwent endoscopic thoracotomy(EFR),including 22 males and 43 females;aged 27 to 76 years;32 were located on the bottom of the stomach, and the stomach There were 21 cases of body and 12 cases of gastric antrum;tumor size was 0.6cm-5.0cm.Postoperative pathology reported 45 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,9 cases of leiomyomas,6 cases of ectopic pancreas,4 cases of lipomas, and 1 case of neuroendocrine tumors. All tumors were completely resected, with a resection rate of 100%,postoperative perforation and postoperative delayed bleeding in 0 cases, postoperative infection in 4cases,postoperative complication rate of 6.2%,and the average length of hospital stay was 9.13 ± 0.42 d.The average hospitalization cost was 22,361.20 ± 2862.46 yuan.Among them, there was no significant difference in the operation time, suture time, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, delayed bleeding, delayed perforation, and postoperative infection between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).No recurrence or metastasis was found during the follow-up period in this study. Conclusion: EFR can safely and effectively remove gastric submucosal tumors, and the nylon rope combined with titanium clip "pocket" suture method In combination with the double-arm forceps, the ligation device is used for "ligating" suture methods. Two different suture methods can be used in the treatment of gastric submucosal tumors by EFR.EFR as a new treatment technology deserves further promotion and application.
