Objective:To investigate the ultrasonographic features and related risk factors of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with lung cancer. Methods:From January 2018 to September 2019,a total of 437 patients with lung cancer in the Department of Oncology, the first Hospital of Jilin University, who underwent venous color ultrasound examination of both lower extremities, were divided into case group(deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with lung cancer)and control group(case group,n = 40)and control group(n = 397).Collect and collate the details of patients with lung cancer,General demographic data(age, sex, body mass index, smoking, drinking, hypertension, diabetes),clinicopathological features(tumor type, distant metastasis, varicose veins of lower extremities),laboratory indicators(D-dimer,FDP,TT,APTT,PT,INR,platelet,average platelet volume, platelet distribution width, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein,High density lipoprotein,homocysteine,hemoglobin,hematocrit,C-reactive protein and ultrasonographic features(distribution of venous thrombosis of left and right lower extremities, location of venous thrombosis and intermuscular venous thrombosis)were analyzed retrospectively. The measurement data were normal before examination,t-test was used for normal distribution, rank sum test(Mann-Whitney U test)was used for non-normal distribution,chi-square test was used for counting data, and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify the imaging features and risk factors of lung cancer patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,LEDVT).Using SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data of this study,two-sided test, the test level is 0.05.Results:The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis examined by color Doppler ultrasound in patients with lung cancer was 9.2%.Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis mostly occurred in the intermuscular veins of the left lower extremities and calves and was relatively high in the soleus veins.Univariate analysis showed that diabetes mellitus,smoking,D-dimer,FDP,APTT,INR,C-reactive protein and adenocarcinoma were associated with LEDVT in patients with lung cancer.Multivariate analysis showed that smoking,D-dimer and adenocarcinoma were independent risk factors for LEDVT in patients with lung cancer.Conclusion:1?.The incidence of lower limb deep venous thrombosis examined by color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with lung cancer before treatment was 9.2%;2?Before treatment, lower limb deep venous thrombosis mostly occurred in the left lower extremity;3?Lower limb deep venous thrombosis occurred in soleus vein before treatment in patients with lung cancer;4?LEDVT in patients with lung cancer is the result of the interaction of a variety of risk factors.Diabetes,smoking,D-dimer,FDP,APTT,INR,C-reactive protein and adenocarcinoma were associated with LEDVT in patients with lung cancer.Smoking,D-dimer and tumor type were independent risk factors for LEDVT in patients with lung cancer.
