Objective: This article takes the theoretical model of behavior change as the basic theoretical basis for research,and builds a health education path for patients with nasopharyngeal cancer based on mobile radiotherapy and simultaneous chemotherapy."Internet + Nursing Service" provides scientific basis.Methods: Through the literature review method,structured observation method,qualitative interview method,and questionnaire survey method,the first draft of the health education path for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma concurrent chemoradiotherapy based on mobile medical treatment was used;Delphi expert correspondence method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence for 15 experts Inquiry,and modified the entry and content of the path,and finally formed the final draft of the health education path for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy based on mobile medical treatment.Use the coefficient of variation method to assign weights to entries at all levels;use expert positive coefficients,authority coefficients,coordination coefficients,and concentration levels to scientifically and reliably test the results of expert consultations;statistical analysis uses Excel software for data entry and data statistics Analysis was performed using SPSS17.0.Results: 1.Current status of health education work in oncology wards: The results of structural observations and qualitative interviews show that the form of health education is single,lacks planning,and some health education content is missing.87.96% of medical staff have adopted oral education.In addition,Written expression accounted for 5.56%,health education lectures accounted for 5.56%,and Internet /mobile medical equipment only accounted for 0.93%;oncology / ENT medical staff focused on nasopharyngeal cancer treatment and care.In terms of radiotherapy for cancer,attention is not paid to the simultaneous chemotherapy and subsequentrehabilitation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.2.The quality of life scale for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(QOL-NPC13)questionnaire survey showed that in the social domain(SO)domain,the higher educated score was the lowest(56.52 ± 17.39),And those with lower education scores the highest(71.43 ± 15.99),which indicates that highly educated people pay more attention to their social relationships and have higher demand;in the field of side-effect do-main(SE),the survey shows As the treatment progresses,the score decreases,indicating that the toxic and side effects of the patients are becoming more and more obvious after the treatment is performed and after the treatment is completed,which requires continuous health education support from medical staff.3.3.Establish a health education path for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy based on mobile medical treatment: the path has three levels,including five items at the first level,20 items at the second level,and 53 items at the third level.The recovery rates of the 2 rounds of expert letter enquiries were 93.75% and 100%,indicating that the experts have a high enthusiasm;the authority coefficients(Cr)of the 2 rounds of expert letter enquiries were 0.848 and 0.910,respectively,indicating that the experts have a higher degree of authority;The coordination coefficients of the items at all levels are 0.275,0.110,and0.222,respectively,and the P value is <0.05,which indicates that the opinions of the experts who consult each other are more consistent.The concentration of expert opinions is expressed by importance assignment and coefficient of variation.The mean values of importance assignments are all greater than 3.5,and the coefficient of variation is less than 0.25,indicating that the opinions of experts are better concentrated.Conclusion: This article takes the theoretical model of behavior change as the basic theoretical basis for the study,and combines the spirit of the "13th Five-Year Plan" National Health Promotion and Education Work Plan and "Healthy China 2030" Plan Outline to build a mobile radiotherapy-based concurrent chemoradiotherapy Pathways for health education for patients with throat cancer.This path combines the poor current status of health education for medical staff and the current health status of each stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma concurrent chemoradiotherapy.It combinesthe five transformation stages of the theoretical model of behavior change with the patient's treatment stage.According to the characteristics of mobile medicine Build it.This path is in line with the health education work and knowledge requirements of medical staff and patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma concurrent radiochemotherapy.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of mobile medical-based health education and helps promote the development of "Internet +nursing services".
