From Shennong tasting baicao to the ancient emperor alchemy,the public's pursuit of health has never stopped since ancient times.Until modern times,with the improvement of living standards,the public's pursuit of health has been continuously improved,and there is a great demand for health science content.The advent of the new media era provides the public with convenient channels and massive amounts of information for accessing healthy content.With its powerful social functions and huge user base,WeChat has become a phenomenal platform for new media.Hundreds of millions of tweets and active public accounts have become important platforms for the public to obtain information.The search behavior of public health information network is becoming more and more frequent,and cancer disease information is an important search target.The search behavior of public health information network is becoming more and more frequent,and cancer disease information is an important search target.Although WeChat brings convenience to public information search,the quality of health content on the platform is uneven and mixed,leading to rumors of health,and true and false health content can easily cause the public to fall into the wrong area of health.Based on this background,Based on this background,this article starts from WeChat platform,the text is based on "Guangdong Health Information","Zhejiang University Second Hospital","Life Times","Dr.Lilac" and "Top Three Fax" All the health content about cancer in the five types of WeChat public accounts are used as research objects.The content of the content analysis method and case study method is used to analyze the cancer content based on the theory of risk society and health ecological communication model.Content analysis is carried out at two levels,by constructing a personalized framework such as the number of reports,the subject of the report,the format of content push and the source of the content and the type of cancer,cancer risk information,cancer continuum,personalized bias,use of fear appeals,etc.In two aspects,the analysis of the cancer content on the WeChat public account was carried out.To analyze the popular science on the typical public account to spy on the entire WeChat and even the new media cancer health content.In addition to content analysis,summarize the transmission characteristics of cancer transmission on a typical public account,and point out the current problems of cancer transmission on various public platforms based on the previous analysis,and comprehensively analyze and propose the reasons for the problems.After analyzing the public account tweets,this article believes that the solution to health communication is not only to awaken personal health demands,but also to enhance the ability of the main body of communication and promote a wide range of joint participation of the society in order to effectively promote the sustainable development of cancer health science.To enhance public awareness and understanding of cancer diseases.
